The service was great! The staff were very kind and helpful from beginning to end. I have never had such a courteous experience with a hotel before. The free drink and appetizer for every night was a big plus! The bartender was great, the front desk staff was great, and everyone else that worked there. The pillows and bed were so comfy. The hot tub was clean and the prices for the rooms were very affordable.

Had a great stay. Hot tub was hot and water pressure in the shower was exceptional! Comfy mattress and lots of fluffy pillows. One mishap with the hot water in my room and they gave me a new room no questions asked. Service with a smile! Most accommodating and happy place I’ve been at in a long time!

This property was the first time staying at an Oxford and quite frankly it was “ well let’s just stay there”. We are so glad we made that choice. Property was clean and well maintained with a friendly efficient staff. Room and bed was just right. The on site restaurant and bar were a pleasant surprise also. Overall experience has made us looking at some of your other properties to stay at. Good job to you and your team!

The pillows are the fluffiest I’ve ever felt, the room was clean and cozy, and the service? Absolutely top-notch! Special shoutout to CJ, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From providing essentials with lightning speed to making us laugh after a long day, CJ turned what could’ve been a regular trip into an exceptional experience. The hotel was already great, but CJ made it legendary. We’ll definitely be back—just bring the hot water up a couple more degrees, and it’ll be perfect!

check in staff was friendly, seemed like breakfast was going to be great. however we only stayed in the room for an hour because there were bed bugs ◡̈. they refunded us and let us leave but in checking there was no mattress protector and mattress was filthy.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel while visiting family. Great location and easy to get to - right off the freeway and reasonably priced. This hotel is new, well maintained and our room was spacious, modern and very clean. Also, the breakfast was very good, and high quality. Last - everyone we encountered was very nice, professional and accommodating. We give Oxford Suites of Chico a 5 out of 5 on all ratings.

The best place to stay in Chico. We usually stay at a national chain as we visit often, but tried the Oxford for this trip. We booked 4 suites and they all were very roomy and super clean. The hospitality and care for their guests is over the top. Warm cookies every day, a different hot breakfast w some made to order options as well, soup and salad bar w a free adult Beverage every night as well. Can’t say enough about this place. We come out to Chico multiple times a year and found the new go to.

We especially appreciated the no-smells in the linen and towels. Just clean with no chemical fake fresh scents. Being very sensitive to chemicals and scented detergents we find it difficult to stay in many establishments. This was like home.
