Never have I ever had to call a business 12 times to get a representative on the phone just to order a part. When calling, it goes to VM, or I'm transferred to VM. To get someone on the line, I told the operator I'm advertising Ox Bodies on my truck but can't order a part. She then connected me with the manager.

We have called these guys 3 times to obtain parts for our 2010 Stampede Series Ox Bodie. The Parts Manager is accessible and helpful, professional and knowledge about all aspects of what we needed and best of all he called me back, did so at 1:50 on a Thursday and we received our parts Friday morning. These days that kind of service is unheard of all the way around. They are on my contact list while I'm in business and a referral to all.

These people are ripped off artist. They gave a us a low ball quote first, but after we took the truck there, they said they needed $600 more. We left the truck to return home to the Midwest, then they contacted us once more to add another $400 a week later. It would take us that much to just get back to this small town to pick up the truck, so we gave in. Just this morning, they called and want another $300. When does it end?
