We got lots of opportunities for good photos and got very close to the falls. Lines weren't too long starting our tour early in the morning. The boat ride was the best part. We got to see a rainbow while being drenched by the mist of the falls. Our tour guide, Nick made the experience even more enjoyable. He has lots of enthusiasm for his job and is very charismatic. We loved our tour of both sides of the falls!

When I found myself with a week off of work and nothing to do due to cancelled plans, I decided to have myself a little adventure. I went to Niagara for the first time in 16 years and booked a tour with Over The Falls. After seeing lots of ads on Facebook for a few weeks, I decided to look at their prices and options.

I was shocked that it was only $190 for a 7-hour, all-inclusive tour of both sides of the falls. Despite having been there 16 years prior, only one of the stops we made was something I had done before. We had 21 people in our group, and our tour guide, Eduardo, made the day a ton of fun.

We went to the American side first, and did Maid of the Mist, the Observation Deck, Goat Island, and Cave of the Winds. We came back to the Canada side for lunch at a food court/gift shop (that bottles their own maple syrup and makes their own fudge), went to The Whirlpool, The Niagara Floral Clock, Skylon Tower and Table Rock (right on the edge of the Horseshoe Falls).

For me, even having been there before, the most amazing part was being able to get so up close, to the point of being able to reach out and touch the falls (or if you were daring enough, be IN the falls themselves)! It was the perfect tour for someone traveling alone because you can make friends with the other people in your group. Eduardo was super knowledgeable, super friendly, and filled the day with cool facts, good laughs, and so much history! He ran the day with knowledge of good timing for each stop, and even told us when we had a few minutes before our next stop to get a little nap in!

I would definitely recommend this for anyone traveling to Niagara - whether it's your first time or not - whether you are travelling alone or with a group. It's a sure hit for all!

We had a WONDERFUL time on the Canadian & American Tour with Maid of the Mist Boat Ride!! Brian was our tour guide and he was absolutely fantastic!!! We would 100% do this again. (I detailed more in depth of our tour and the awesome time below). Working with this company felt so personal and I loved the tour!!

After I booked this tour, I got a call from Candice (who was so sweet and knowledgeable) going over all pickup instructions and what to bring with me. She answered every question I had. On the day of our tour, we got a text from Brian stating the bus and confirming he will be arriving to pick us up. Brian was so funny, had such knowledgeable stories about the falls, and knew all the secret hacks to Niagara Falls! He got us every on time and with minimal lines. He told us when we could go out on our own at each attraction and when to come back. He even offered to take our picture several times with the Falls. He had all of our tickets, so there was nothing to pay for except lunch and souvenirs. My favorite part was Cave the Winds (included in this tour)! We stopped in Canada for lunch. We saw Niagara Falls from various vantages points and even some spots up/down river, which I never would've found on my own. This was such a phenomenal tour and we would 10/10 do it again and request Brian as our guide!!

Team Nick all the way! We had such a great time and learned so much! The Cave of the Winds was an absolute amazing and beautiful experience! We went with a toddler and a an infant and Nick was so wonderful and helpful with our stroller and he was so sweet with our chatty toddler! Truly, the best experience we could've had! Maid of the Mist was fun and we lived visiting the islands!

I booked an "all-American boat tour with pick-up and delivery package. " For my birthday. Our guide "Paty Marty" was the best tour guide. Marty was very informative, funny, knowledgeable, and a "down-to-earth" kind of guy. I would definitely recommend this agency. From an "All-Star" birthday tourist.

We had a great tour, David did amazing! I highly recommend the tour, it was great not to have to drive around and find parking. David shared great fun facts and knowledge of the area. We saw places we may not have seen if we were on our own. My only suggestion to the company would be to switch the order, do the hiking walking parts of cage off the wings first and then the maid of the mist last. It was such an amazing trip and adventure! Thank you David!

Highly recommend this tour to anyone especially for the first time visitors. The boat ride and Cave of the winds is a MUST!!! Expect to get wet but its worth it. Our tour guide Brian was awesome made the day fun. Amazing views from the Canada side.

We just did Over the falls tours, American side on Aug 9,2025 and it was absolutely amazing! Our guide Tony was the best and I couldn't imagine being anything but Team Tony!
It truly was a once in a life time experience, from the boat ride under the falls to the hurricane deck, to the quick put stop for lunch at an old deli! It was definitely a birthday I'll never forget! Highly, Highly recommend booking Over the falls tours!
