Amber and her team are AMAZING! I was so impressed with her organizational skills. She provided me with checklists and time lines that made the month before and the day of stress free for me, my fiance, and our vendors. There were issues with our venue the day of and Amber and her team took care of everything without me even knowing anything had gone wrong. As someone who is extremely type a, I was hesitant to hire a wedding coordinator and hand over the control. However, Amber put my worries at ease from our very first meeting. She is organized, thorough, easy to talk to, and quick to respond. She was so easy to work with throughout the planning process, rehearsal/walk through, and the day of our wedding. I had a high bar of how I wanted things executed and Amber and her team checked every box. I cannot recommend Out West Events and Amber enough!

When I say my wedding day was perfect, I mean it was PERFECT. I feel like leading up to my big day, I had everyone telling me - “it’ll go by so quick and you won’t feel like you even got to enjoy it”, “you won’t even remember the day”, “be prepared for the worst”, etc. My wedding experience couldn’t have been further from all of these things. I will say, I was probably more of a hands-on bride leading up to the big day, having a hard time relinquishing control, but it was simply because on the day of I wanted to know I could let go and let what will be, be. That’s where Amber came in… not only did she help execute a seamless rehearsal, but on the day of the wedding she made sure everything ran smoothly and helped pivot when new ideas arose for the day and ensured they happened with ease. If anything went wrong that I didn’t need to know about, Amber did an amazing job shielding me. And the one hiccup we had she did everything possible to ensure we resolved it. But to me the day was still perfect. It was absolutely everything I hoped it would be. Not only did we have the best day, all of our guests kept telling us it was the best wedding they’d ever been to. Amber played a role in this and we are so thankful. She truly let our vision be ours and helped make it come to life. I am so thankful and will cherish the memories of our wedding forever. Thank you, Amber!!
