My husband and I have placed 3 calls over the last month to Cindy at Oui Travel regarding a trip we asked her to put together, and each time she has told us she will email the package she put together for us. We have yet to receive anything from her. Not sure what her problem is. We are baffled as to why she continues to take calls when she has no intentions on servicing the clients. Do not waste your time with this supposed travel agency.

I met with Cindy on 9/18 for her to plan my 16 day trip to Scotland. I went in prepared with an itinerary, ideas of places to stay and things I'd like to do. She said she would put it together and get back to me the following Monday (9/25). The following Wed (9/27) I emailed and asked for an update because I hadn't heard from her. She emailed back 2 days later and said she was working on it and she would get back to me the following Monday (10/2). I still haven't heard from her. I should have paid attention to the previous reviews. I suggest you use a different travel agent.

Our fight coming home from Cancun was cancelled and I had to find a way home. I was having trouble doing it due to large numbers of people doing the same. I called Cindy and left a voice mail. I called her back within 2 minutes and she was able to answer her phone when I told her who I was she informed me she received my voicemail and was working on finding me and my family a flight home. She was able to get us home the say day for a cheap price!! I am forever grateful

I live in Batavia and like to give my business to Batavia businesses. I called and spoke to an agent looking to book a trip to Scotland for 6 adults. The agent, Cindy, stated she would begin putting together a rough draft of the trip. Three weeks later, I called and left a message stating I was following up on my trip. The agent did not call me back. I called again and left another message requesting a return phone call. Again, the agent did not call me back. Will never recommend Oui Travel to anyone.

I was reccomended by a friend and have been thoroughly disappointed. I spoke with an agent a day or so before they left on a short vacation. She took my trip and personal information and said she would get back to me with ideas by Friday (a week from our initial conversation). After two weeks of not hearing from her, I called and left a message. It has been another week since leaving that message and I still have not received a phone call or an email. I have obtained the service of another travel agency.

Actually they were recommended,but so far actually I'm disappointed. We spoke a week before Thanksgiving,they were going too work out a CPL travel options for us for January. I didn't hear from them so the,I contacted them again this past Monday and they were going too send something in the next 24hrs,and it's Friday and nothing received. Maybe they have enough money and don't need anymore clients, guess il make other plans. Would rather atleast they call or text or email & say we are closed til summer or whatever the case may be!! Plenty of others too pick from..
