I still can't believe this property is 15 minutes from my home! How beautiful Otter Creek is!! A couple of my friends and I attended a wine dinner here yesterday evening, and we were just blown away by the detail in the architecture, design, and decor of this venue. What a hidden gem! The wine and food were wonderful as well. Highly recommended!

Hands down the finest Quail and Pheasant hunting location I have ever encountered. I go every year and I think it gets better each and every time. Food is 5 star, service is 5 star, bird dogs are 5 star. I've yet to have a single complaint.

What an incredibly special place Otter Creek is! I cannot put into words the feeling you get upon entering and meandering the property. It’s simply magical. Breathtaking and serene, luxurious yet comfortable, the entire experience is truly refreshing. This was my second time visiting and I can’t wait until our next trip! I have never had such extraordinary meals as the Chef is unlike any other. The owners, staff and guides are all very accommodating, knowledgeable and personable. It is such a treat to be able to enjoy time at Otter Creek. Highly recommend as it will be an experience you will never forget.

What a beautiful venue! My band played here yesterday for a wedding reception. The grounds were beautiful! It was a very easy load in, the staff were very helpful and professional, and the event went off without a hitch! The food was great, not sure if that was in house or not, but the bars, which were in house were well stocked and attended by great tenders. The decor was modern while still having a traditional southern feel. All areas outside were well lit, and had great coverage from the sound system. Plenty of clean bathrooms as well. Of course we couldn't use it but the infinity pool and hot tub looked very relaxing! There also was a fire pit built into the ground with seating around it. Couple all this with pristine views of the Appalachian foothills and you have a wonderful wedding venue!

Otter Creek is a superlative choice for quail hunting, dining, lodging and service. I just returned from my third hunt in three years and as expected the guides, dogs, food, and service were all outstanding. The number of quail we encountered in the field was way above expectations. The guides (Cedar, Bob) are both masters at their crafts, as were the dogs. Our meals were delicious along with first-rate wine and other beverage options. All these compliments to Otter Creek hold true for my three visits. I have hunted plantations in FL, GA, SC, NC, and MS: In my opinion, Otter Creek is tied for first amongst the finest names in the business. It’s also easily accessible via the Atlanta airport.

I had the great opportunity to spend ~3 days at Otter Creek and cannot wait to return. It is a fantastic place for a corporate retreat: only 2 hours from Atlanta airport (or 1 hour from Birmingham), relaxing and beautiful surroundings, impeccable food and some of the best wines I've ever sampled. I learned to quail hunt with a fantastic guide, Allen, who kept us laughing with his jokes. The hunting dogs were impressive, well-trained and adorable. Playing pool and shuffleboard in the game room after a fun day was a great way to top off a fun day. And, when I pull the quail from my freezer in months to come I'll look back on one of the best corporate experiences ever.
