THE BEST GELATO IVE EVER HAD! Hands down this place was absolutely phenomenal. The gelato was incredibly creamy. Not overly sweet. Perfect temperature. Soft but not too soft.

Worth a day trip out to Blanco for sure!

The ice cream here was of a very high quality and the guy working let us try many samples of all their products. All three of my party got a small ice cream, our personal favorites were the mango and strawberry flavors. We also got a package of cheese curds to eat on the road which were fantastic as a road snack. Cute little unique place to stop and cool down. Try their milk as well, very clean and refreshing. Different from regular cow milk we are used to.

This gelato place is great. We had a great time and the gelato was so creamy and delicious. The creaminess reminded me a of one of my favorite ice cream places in Waco. They have only been open a month and running so smoothly you would think it had been opened for years. The flavors are so good that you have to sample to determine what you want. Also note that you can put two flavors in one cup. Yes. The cleanest atmosphere and beautiful containers that housed the gelato added such a nice touch. I love that flavors were all covered. The outside courtyard area was so nice to sit and enjoy our gelato.

First time here and the next time I visit Blanco, definitely won’t be the last!
The staff that was there was very welcoming and proud and excited to explain all the awesome and tasty treats that they offer the city of Blanco. Happy we stopped by here.
Also, I definitely recommend pistachio 😗👌

What a pleasant surprise to come here. It’s Christmas Eve and we got here 2 minutes before closing, we called before getting here and the nicest employee working here told us not to worry and to take our time. He took the time to walk us through the flavors and cheeses, several other people came by, and as we were leaving (he had already closed) someone came and he offered to serve her as well with the biggest smile.

The gelatos are fabulous, we order different flavors and everything I tried was delicious.

We stopped by on a road trip, so good! The Gelato is very, very rich. It seems like it's expensive, however, it is so rich and delicious a small feels like a large. The coffee is also very good, again, seems expensive, but you get what you pay for and it is well worth the cost. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. When it gets busy it's all hands on deck, when the line is shorter they are cleaning. Awesome place to stop!
