We have never worked with a travel agent before but Sandy was outstanding planning every detail from beginning to end. Every travel voucher every hotel voucher or connections were seamless and organized so that we didn’t need to do a thing. Every hotel was called and confirmations were done ahead of time so that we would have no glitches in our trip. We enjoyed Lisbon and southern Spain for 18 days things to Sandy organizing every detail. Highly recommended
