Orchestrating Memories Event Center truly made my birthday celebration shine. Everything went so smoothly, it felt like magic. Mrs. Shirley and her staff was incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail. It was such a memorable experience, and guests are still raving about it. Definitely the best birthday party ever! This venue is a one stop shop. She can take care of all your needs. I truly recommend her.

Great food and staff. Your fried foods are cooked to order. Ordered the 4 piece catfish meal with 3 sides. Sides are somewhat small in portion but delightful. Overall I'll give it 5 stars. Look forward to trying another dish.

The room and decoration where very nice, but the food servers lacked customer service skills, were rude and would not allow my guess extra portions, even though I paid $$$$ for the room, food and beverages. When the food issue was brought to the owner regarding the servers and allowing my guess to receive extra portions, she would not allow second portion for my guess and had the servers to packed the food up. Again, I PAID FOR THIS FOOD FOR MY GUESS! Two CHAFFING dishes of fish were packed and carried away by the owner and servers. So, make sure when you sign the rental agreement that it is understood the food that is left over belongs to you, and it is at your discretion what happens to it at the end of YOUR event. At the end of the day a good business will always keep the customer first in order to grow their business.

Hello Desoto Talk,
I heard Bistro I-35 on BeltLine right before QikTrip was good according to reviews and being told directly, but I wanted to try for myself.

The smell when you open the door is amazing. I literally took five minutes looking at the prepared entrees trying to make up my mind. Finally I got the Fish meal, not basket because the cabbage was singing my name. You get a meat and three veggies with the meal.

Did i mention you get a HUGE portion of great Customer Service? My experience from walking in to leaving was exemplary!

Now I am full, not stuffed with leftovers. The cake slices are BIG! I got peach cobbler for dessert, but that will have to wait a few hours. This is the perfect place to host a meet & greet because it has good options of choice.

No seasoning in the greens, the cabbage and black eyed peas were bland, oxtails had light seasoning. The roasted chicken had some flavor. The service was slow, I assume the cashier was new and had the line out to the door and held up the serving line. The ladies working the line are asking what you want before you’re able see what they’re serving, there’s no menu’s or signs showing what’s being served, it was just a HOT mess. I cant return

We hand our Annual fundraiser here and every thing was perfect. The decor was absolutely beautiful, the food was off the chain and the service, impeccable. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you Ms. Shirley for making it happen.

Had my children's graduation party. The ladies were amazing and very helpful. We had a wonderful time. I would use them again and I recommend this place.
