My husband and I honestly can’t imagine our wedding being such a fun, stress-free event without Jodi and her team. From the day we brought her on board months before our wedding, Jodi was a tremendous help, going way above and beyond what a Wedding Coordinator is supposed to do. She helped us with countless questions, finding and dealing with vendors, and all the weird wedding rules and contracts that we don’t understand 🙂 During the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding weekend itself, Jodi was everywhere and anywhere. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!!!

Jodi. Was. FANTASTIC! We hired her on to help us in the few weeks running up to the wedding, but she went the extra mile and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, fielding our MANY questions and helping us with everything we were confused or worried about! We had a 150 guest wedding in a giant venue and she handled it all flawlessly! She helped us organize and communicate with all of our vendors and made everything so simple for us! We picked a few iffy vendors (so sorry Jodi) and she was a rockstar with their schedules and their lack of response. The day of our wedding went incredibly smoothly because of her and her team. They set our tables with our centerpieces beautifully and the timeline she created for us was fantastically detailed with not one stone left unturned. She allowed us to enjoy our wedding day carefree and we will always be grateful to Jodi for that! She even arrived the day after to the venue and helped us gather anything we left and offered to help sweep and clean up. Jodi is a gem of a human being and no bride and groom should go without her! Thank you from our wonderfully full hearts!!

Jodi understood and articulated my vision for my wedding before I did! She’s THAT good. We hired her as our partial wedding planner for our wedding at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and even though she had never planned a wedding there before, she became a total expert on the venue’s ins and outs and adapted quickly! She was always 10 steps ahead of us and extremely organized... from putting together our guest list for the venue to creating beautiful excel sheets to keep us on track to being a stellar liaison between the multitude of vendors and more. As two busy professionals, her attention to detail and her adeptness at springing into action day of meant everything to us. Might I add she comes from a shiny floor TV production background, so you couldn’t be in better hands!!! The skill set absolutely translates to event production and then some. Don’t think twice about hiring Jodi. Just do it.
