He was very rude, very unprofessional and hung up in my face and all I was trying to do was get a ride. I did not have an attitude or anything. He is very unprofessional. My thing is if you don’t like your job do not apply for it he had me on hold for at least 10 minutes, then switch back over and try to taught me and He hung up in my face I called back and asked why did he hang up in my face he got smart. I proceeded to hang up in his face will not get my hard working money to anyone Talking to me, reckless

I was in a severe car accident in the middle of nowhere and they came and picked me up 30 minutes away from where they were to bring me to a hotel to rest. They saved me that night. I’m so very appreciative of them. And the driver was very nice and considerate of what I just went through.

Apparently this is a cash only business that doesn’t inform you of the cash only policy until they pick you up and you’re in their vehicle. The driver arrived on time to pick me up around midnight from the airport. I am a female passenger riding alone. I get into the rear of the vehicle and the driver says “do you have cash”. Response “No, can’t you take card”. Driver “No, I can take you to an ATM”. Response “Well that wasn’t discussed over the phone when I made this reservation, I am leaving”. I attempt to open the door but I cannot find the unlock function. I ask the driver to let me out. Driver starts to reach for the unlock button and hesitates asking again “are you sure you can’t go to an ATM”. Response “No, let me out. I am done with this transaction”. Reluctantly he let me go. This was a frightening experience and I caution all women who decide to use their services to consider another company. 10/10 will not recommend. They need to improve their customer service and communication.

Let me say thanks. Horace was great. We could not have asked for a better person to have picked us up. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. He was a very nice and showed all the courtesy you could ask for. I was pleased even with the charges we paid. If I am ever in a bind again in Montgomery, Al you can bet this company I will call and Mr. Horace will be who I ask for. ON TIME TAXI YOU WERE RIGHT ON TIME. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR BEING THERE WHEN NO ONE ELSE WAS.

I spent 5 days in Montgomery and was not able to get a rental car. On-time taxi took very good care to make sure I was picked up quickly, twice each day. It made what could have been stressful - going to and from a conference with no car - to being so dependable, I have recommended it to people I met while visiting Montgomery.

If there was an option for NEGATIVE stars that's what I'd give to this company. Poor customer service, nasty transportation, and drivers with poor hygiene. Absolutely ridiculous! I used this service on 1/4/2023 I had a doctor's appointment in Birmingham. I had to use this company as a last resort. Scheduled my appointment for 10:00 AM. The driver didn't arrive until after 10:30, he had no sense of direction and had to be given directions to leave my neighborhood. I am a spinal cord injury patient and can not walk. They don't offer any service to assist you in or out of the home, nor to your appointment. They drop you off at the door and leave you to figure it out. Unheard of for the type of money you pay! I arrived at my appointment nearly an hour late. They offered no appeasement and no concern and had the audacity to try to add a tip in with the payment- you all deserve NOTHING but to be closed down and revamped. And it's really sad because you try to support black owned businesses and this is the service that you get. Furthermore the van was filthy full of dirt covered with strong deoderizer. And my driver's breath had to be sent from hell! My God, it was so offensive. Not to mention he was fat ,sloppy and sour😖🍋Please please what ever you do RUN from this company if you want to avoid disappointment.

Waited almost three hours for a cab. Extremely slow and unprofessional; does not live up to its namesake.
Edit: This is in reply to the owner. I do not appreciate being called a liar. To every negative review, you respond with "I don't know what you're talking about" and denial. You claim "nobody ever waited three hours for nothing"---well, I did. So you've accused me of lying, you deny and deflect and shirk any and all responsibility for any negative review. I didn't even mention in my original review how the driver fell asleep at a stoplight and I had to wake him. Take responsibility for your actions and do better. Accusing your customers of lying is insulting and unprofessional, and denial and deflection of your mistakes is a very poor character trait that I have seen exibited in your replies to negative reviews here, mine included, but mine isn't the only one. What I have written is the truth, and I will not stand idly by when a business not only denies and deflects from any responsibility of wrongdoing on their part, but calls me a liar by blatantly contradicting what I know to be fact, so as to deny their own mistakes. This is unprofessional, unethical, a reprehensible character trait, not to mention morally wrong. This merely serves to further cement my negative opinion of this company, and my decision to never give them my business again; in addition, if I'm ever asked to recommend taxis in the Montgomery area, I'll be sure to recommend Uber and warn against "On Time" Taxi.
