Olivia was the absolute BEST to work with. We hired her for our day-of coordinator, but we got so much more than just that! She met with us a couple times pre-wedding and helped us stay organized and top of everything. She contacted all vendors and created a timeline and helped to keep everyone on track and on time. She made sure we actually ate food and drank water the day of our wedding. We seriously could not have done the day without her! We had SO many compliments on or wedding and how smooth everything ran, but it wouldn't have turned out that way without Olivia! Hands down the best thing we spent money on for our wedding was using Olivia's services! Highly recommend.

Olivia was the day-of coordinator of my DREAMS. She is very quick to respond, is a clear communicator, operates in google drive folders (my love language), and provides thought provoking questions that help to shape the wedding day. Olivia’s questions and expertise helped us develop plans and ideas for parts of the ceremony and reception that had previously not occurred to us! Olivia’s high level of organization eased all of my concerns about the wedding day which allowed me the space to enjoy the ride. I ended the night with complete awe of her and how she coordinated everything behind the scenes… I would argue that our wedding was indeed perfect and I owe much of that to Olivia. She is worth every dollar and more - what she does for your peace of mind is priceless. Selecting Olivia was one of the best decisions that I made for our incredible wedding day.

Olivia was a phenomenal coordinator to work with for my wedding day. She was super friendly and easy to work with. She made me feel at ease on one of my most important days in life. My only negative is that now that the wedding is over, I won't be able to work with her anymore! If you are looking for someone you will be glad you hired, definitely hire Olivia. As a DJ Olivia above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed from the venue as well as the bride and groom well in advance. During the ceremony and reception, I can't say that I saw a hiccup and there is usually always a hiccup. So if there was Olivia handled it professionally, quickly and quietly. Like I said, AMAZING. I can't wait to work together again.

Working with Olivia as our day-of-coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding! We are a low maintenance, organized couple who were originally on the fence about whether to hire a day-of coordinator - we are so thankful we did! No matter how prepared you think you are, there are so many things that could come up on your wedding day that you will not want to deal with and could detract from your ability to be in the moment. Because of Olivia’s expertise and care for the details, we were able to be fully present with our family, our friends, and each other!

We first started working with Olivia in 2019, and we knew immediately that she understood our style, our speed, and our vision. When we had to postpone our wedding due to covid, she was incredibly helpful in guiding us through all the steps that go into rescheduling and replanning a wedding. By the time our 2021 wedding arrived, our vision had changed and she adjusted with us! In the weeks leading up to our wedding she communicated with all of our vendors, developed a comprehensive and coordinated timeline, and asked all of the questions we didn’t even know we needed to ask.

On our wedding day she made magic happen! She transformed an old arbor into a beautiful garland display, she single handedly made our cocktail hour and dessert tables look like pieces of art, and she adjusted with poise when one of our vendors arrived late. She’s one of those people who has a knack for reading a situation, knows exactly what is needed, and is prepared for every outcome. Not only is she an allstar, but she is also fun, easygoing, and kind - we would recommend her to anyone!
