Wedding transportation for our guests!
Troy went above and beyond for our guest. Could not be happier with the exceptional service provided by Old Town Trolley Key West. Not only did they make sure to have our guest at the ceremony on time, they also took them on a tour around Key West before cocktail hour. The drivers were courteous and punctual and made all of our guest feel welcome. They ensured our guest were comfortable and on time! Highly recommend fr any wedding in Key West.

This was fun, entertaining, and educational! Best way to get a feel for Key West and maybe go revisit your favorite stops/places. Get an early start however because last trolley leaves at 4:30. Parking can be a pita, so maybe try to board on one of the stops where it's less of a hassle. Their parking app here leaves much to be desired, so you may have to go old school pay and display on dashboard which is a real inconvenience when you wanna extend. Hope Key West can modernize this. Our guide Jared was great but some of the support/sales staff was meh. Still, highly recommend!

That was the first time doing an Old Town Trolley tour. That was a good experience. We did almost the entire loop and got off at the Southernmost Point. That was a good experience listening to the history of Key West. We recommend this tour if you want to listen to the history of the city and is very convenient because there is very limited parking specially you are planning to visit the Southernmost Point. My only recommendation and advice for the company is that they will need to work with the drivers, I had a bad experience with our first driver; I believe the main reason for the trolley is for catch tourists, like the history of Key West, tourism is very important for local economy. So, this driver was making jokes about where are you from, and doing some comments that are not feeling very comfortable in the trip, and make specific bad comment about Mexicans, also it feels not inclusive for every tourist in the trolly, is like he had kind of preferences for local tourists, just some advice for better experience in the future and put aware all the tourists that their native language is not English. The second driver from stop #11 till the end of the trip was very neutral and did very nice.

I have been on 5 Old Town Trolley Tours. Four in KW and one in Boston. A great experience and I always learn something new from different drivers. Cannon is my favorite tour guide and he works in both locations.

I had a mix up with billing in KW last week and the customer service was great.

Really enjoyed this trolley bus our of key west that took you around all the key monuments and tourist locations on Key West. From historic buildings to the end of Route 1. Would thoroughly recommend you do the tour.
