Old Floresta Historic District is an area off Palmetto Park Road, to the north for about 2 blocks wide by 8 blocks deep. Heavily wooded with old trees and about 30 homes designed by Addison Mizner. A good number have had extensions added as authentic Mizner style homes are small. The area has become younger and younger over the last /0 years with long time and older residents moving elsewhere or passing on. Many of its streets have no sidewalks which is charming but also requires attention when walking your dog or your infant in a stroller.

Historically significant community , where homes were built in the mid 20's , some by crafstman Addison Mizner, many with the charm of "Old Florida". Mature lush tropical landscaping, larger lots! Old World Charm.
