The 1 star is in reference both to my experience working on the admin side of things and the actual service we were provided.

We were booking buses for a conference and our legal department needed more information on the invoice than was provided. When I requested this, Robert V replied with such anger and vitriol that, had I been empowered to do so, I would have moved on to a different company. Before that, we had a lot of back and forth emails regarding a contract and payment methods wherein his curt responses would have made me walk away several times over. Furthermore, because our fiscal policies do not allow for immediate payment without proper approvals, the fees were increased between receiving a quote and the invoice. If your company also requires such preventative measures as contracts and approvals, I cannot recommend Odyssey Bus.

Fast forward to the conference, on the 1st day, the buses were 20 minutes late to pick up our attendees. On the 2nd day, Robert sent vans instead of buses, with not enough seats for everyone. When we contacted Robert about this problem, he replied, “Calm down, brother. This weekend is Stagecoach and we ran out of buses. Let’s see what happens.” No, this is exactly why we signed a contract.

I recommend Lux Bus; we have never had problems with their service or their admin.

Our Driver Delmar was an amazing driver! His character and hospitality was just so welcoming. I’ve been on dozens of charter buses over the years and Delmar has been the only one who actually gave a quick brief on how the emergency windows work and how the front door opens in case of an emergency. He also played a hilarious movie for us, very appropriate for the age group. I definitely recommend requesting Delmar for any and all of your travels!

I took this bus company from belflower to laughlin been on many of these trips .I have to write a review this time. Our bus driver Delmar was awesome I cant say enough nice things about him. He was on time every time He always made sure everyone was comfortable. Pure gentleman helped everyone on and off the bus..He played great music, (oldies) He even took my 80 year old mother back in the barstow food area to find her purse she thought she lost He eas the first person to respond , we found it. Just saying if you charter with this company ask ..for Delmar. Our entire bus talked about how great he was(. Elks Members)

I would like to give a compliment for Odyssey/Flix bus driver Delmar Eltz. He was the driver on my trip from Las Vegas to Los Angeles on April 20th. What a great attitude he has! He was very positive in communicating to passengers and was available to answer any questions we had. The bus was clean and the trip was safe. He is a great asset to your company. Fantastic service from Delmar Eltz. Picked up our tour group of 43 from Anaheim and ran us around Hollywood, Santa Monica pier and finally delivered us to LAX. Coach was in great condition and Delmar was an entertaining driver with a fully stocked Esky on the bus with water and sodas for our crew. I recommend Delmar to any tour group.

I recently chartered Odyssey Bus for our corporate outing to Santa Monica. We were thrilled the bus was clean, on time, and the Driver was really accommodating. I recommend this company is you need transportation for a large group.
