The staff were so friendly. They went above and beyond! The beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. The pool was warm and clean. It is in a convenient location close to many restaurants and grocery stores. The beach is clean and quaint, soft waves perfect for little ones. Great winter getaway!

Rooms are always very clean and updated. The only enclosed pool on all of cape cod that is set on the beach. Jacuzzi and pool open year round and the views here are nice. Lots of amenities here and staff in the office has always been amazing. Highly recommend

We have just spent 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed out stay. The room is outstanding and extremely spacious. The room contained a separate shower, large bedroom, separated from a lounge area by sliding doors. There was also a small kitchen area (microwave, fridge and sink only) and a small dining area. Sliding doors opened up to a small balcony area overlooking the beach and sea.||This room was outstanding for the price paid and far exceeded our expectations. We must compliment the staff on how clean our room was (room 52). The decor was immaculate and the bed was comfy!||Only downside in our opinion was that there are no restaurant facilities available. There are some vending machines for snacks only. As we visited out of season, the hotel was a little isolated should you need to venture out for a meal. A car is an absolute must, with a 10 minute drive to the nearest restaurant.||Overall it is a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Homophobic conversation happening in lounge area between a staff and some guests talking about province town. And I’m gay so didn’t appreciate it. Pool hot tub and workout room leave leave a lot to be desired really truly. However the outside amenities and beach were amazing. Our suite only had temperature control in the living room which is crazy because the room we slept in was cold and my daughter in the fold out couch was hot. With the room separator shut. Nice room otherwise even though the shower also leaves a lot to be desired. Clean is most important to me and beach access and the beach is right there and lovely

Beautiful place. I loved the scenery. Slight retro with a tape deck entertainment center. Very nice enclosed pool. Good fitness center. Fabulous beach access. Nice antique stores nearby and good seafood dining in the immediate vicinity

This is a magical place as the view from your room amazing!!! The staff were friendly and accommodating. The jacuzzi and pool were great and the activities department does great work with organizing events.

Family owns a timeshare but always surprised when they give us a pond side view because we didn’t get the timeshare for the pond view on the atlantic ocean. Staff up sold us on a room that is not great for entertaining and lesser quality. Not the pictures they post on hotel.com or bookings. Why try to trick your time share owners into lesser quality rooms but upselling it that its better quality then the room we are a custom to. Shame on us for taking her word for it and not checking it out. No balcony and no sea view are major issues for us.
