This was our second summer staying at the Ocean Breeze because we loved our stay the first time and the owners are wonderful. They have made some lovely upgrades since last summer and continue to wow us with their kindness and hospitality. Norbert and Joanna go above and beyond and the location is great—walking distance to a smaller beach and great food. As someone who has vacationed down the Cape most of my life, the Ocean Breeze has become my go-to place to stay. We already booked for next summer!

Fourteen years ago, I stayed at The Dunes and it was an "okay" motel. We liked the location and it was clean. Several years later, we stayed a few more times and the charm and friendliness that Jack gave the place was gone; it was just a place to stay on the Cape. I am happy to say The Dunes is under new management as Ocean Breeze and we had a wonderful stay! The Ginter's have truly poured their heart and soul into this property. Everything is clean, fresh and well taken care of. The location is a short walk to a local beach and a short drive from many of mid-Cape's best attractions and restaurants!||Thank you so much for a great stay! We plan to be back to the Cape's best kept secret!

I’ve been coming to Ocean Breeze with my friend Millie since Norbert, Joanna and sons acquired the hotel in 2020. I’ve traveled around the world. Their hospitality, cleanliness of rooms, etc are rated top! They’ve become family and they treat you as such. Perfect place to stay on the Cape! We will come back every year! The Ginters are the best hosts! ❤️

My experience at Ocean Breeze was wonderful. My family and I (4 people) had a great stay and wish we stayed here during our entire vacation. Great location. Up to date, well kept, and clean. AC in the room works beautifully. Bathroom was very nice and clean. I did notice that the bathroom tub drained very slowly when I was showering but that can be easily fixed. Pool is in good condition, clean, and not to cold, not to warm. I do wish it stayed open later though because I love night swimming. If it’s a noise issue, let just the adults swim. The ice machine worked well when I was filling my cooler. Breakfast was great. The parking lot and the outside of the resort is clean and in good condition. The women at the front desk was very friendly. While the resort is quiet, the walls might be thin because we heard our neighbors. To wrap this up, my family and I are very impressed by Ocean Breeze and plan on staying there again in the future

We visited the Ocean Breeze in early July and had a pleasant experience.  The location is within almost stone's throw from the beach, less than a 1/4 mile walk.  A great safe neighborhood with nice walking or running options.  It's close to local and commercial shopping and many restaurants in the area.

The motel itself was clean and kept up well.  The heated pool was cleaned daily, with comfortable seating and nice plants.   The guests generally settled down by 9pm, so there wasn't extra noise in the evening.  Family friendly, laid back, Cape Cod'y atmosphere.

We were happy with our visit and recommend it as a nice option in the mid-cape area

Fantastic location with a 5-minute walk to the beach and a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are clean with a larger mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast includes a nice variety of breads, bagels, pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, and beverages. The outdoor pool was regularly cleaned and a nice refresher. Hospitality by the owners was exceptional! We would definitely come back here!

Ocean Breeze feels like a home away from home! Owners are wonderful, welcoming, and friendly. The room was spotless clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and delicious coffee each morning. Loved the convenient location and walking distance to the beach. The hotel had a relaxing atmosphere with a serene pool areaI and beautiful flower arrangements. I highly recommend Ocean Breeze to anyone visiting Yarmout. Our stay was perfect!

We stayed at The Ocean Breeze while on the Cape for a wedding. What a wonderful location. Its an easy drive to anywhere you want to go. You can also take a 5 min or less walk up the street and be on the beach, The motel is immaculately clean and well maintained. The owners, Norbert and Johanna as well as their sons, could not have been been more welcoming. They were quick to recommend things to do, places to visit and restaurants to try. We highly recommend the Ocean Breeze if you are making plans to visit the Cape.
