We stayed here while traveling through the area. The park is an older park with mostly park models, but has sites for transients, like us. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Made us feel very welcome! Roads were narrow, but we managed just fine with our 36' fifth wheel. We were there just after a big rain and received more rain while we were there, so the ground was saturated and there were many puddles. Thankfully our site was asphalt so we weren't in the mud or soggy grass. With Passport America, our rate was fabulous for a full hook-up site in this area. We would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time here. Just what we were looking for. We stayed the month of Jan 2024 and enjoyed the amenities as well as the atmosphere of the whole campground. We could ride our bikes to pick up groceries, lots of good restaurants in the area and beaches were close by. Tarpon springs and the sponge docks were close and fresh seafood markets. Tim & Bobbie

Not a bad place to stay. Pool is clean and pretty quiet. The stream going through park is relaxing. The sites are tight, not much space between campers. Just be aware that if you book for a week, the weekly rate is for only 6 nights, you leave on day 7. Just an FYI.

Went to talk to manager in the office and she was unbelievably rude bordering on abusive. Don't ask any questions or suggest something you will be asked to leave! Just agree and say yes and nod and agree with everything she says. Small minded people with a little bit of power wielding it like a little Napoleon. Kinda sad and pathetic at the same time. It takes far less effort to be nice and or pleaset. No problem will find another park to go to. This person by the looks of the reviews online is often noted as being same. Good luck.

Nice clean place. Lots are very small compared to what I'm used to but it's pretty and clean. No wifi, and no store to speak of, lot was so small I had to park on the open lot next to me or my truck would stick out in the street. Can't delete the pic on the left but that's not Oak Springs.

The people who vacation there are wonderful, management is not so good. Seems they don't care too much about the residents. We lived there for a few months every year but decided to move out this year. Wish management had a better attitude toward those who pay their salaries. My dog caught parvo in their park and they kicked us out, rather than letting us quarantine her in our yard. Then they lied about the entire event in their response to my review. We had been in the park for a month before Grace caught parvo in the park and she had not out of the park since we got there in November. I let the park know that she had parvo as soon as I knew. Before booking there, know that management will lie about you with no hesitation. We got thrown out for letting other pet owners know that parvo was in the park. Management's response was unbelievably cruel and unnecessary as we were already quarantining her and she got sick in their park. IMHO, don't book there.
