As much as I hate to say it, I agree with the service change being stupid high. It is more than the price of water I consume sometimes. Their website sucks. I was able to log in once after setting up my account and then it kept saying I was logging in the wrong username or password. I went to reset my password and when I went to click ok to move forward to receive an email it didn't do a thing. Basically, I can't login anymore. The 4 stars are for the great customer service I received when I've had to go inside to make a payment before the website was set up.

Customer service is severely lacking. We've been here for about 4 months and had nothing but issues with this company. It takes 24 hrs to return a simple phone call and they have more hidden fees than another utility company We've ever used. We are looking into a well just to avoid having to deal with this nonsense every month.

Rates are way too high!! No up to date convient way to pay your bill so late fees are always applied. Office hours are not accommodating to anyone with a full time job. Customer service is horrible. How bad is it when a mom and pop utility company has to have security at their office.

Due date fell on Friday they give u night drop option until Monday morning. I took my child to Valley Veiw Elementary school. And went to drop off water bill Monday morning at 830am. And still got a 15$ late charge. I called and asked for manager Linda. And she said the board wouldn't let her nock off the 15$ late fee. If I would of dropped off before they open at 8am then that would of been ok. I said but it's only minutes late, we're a small town. Why? ... Well people there's our friendly small town it's going. And hopefully we can have a incorporating town with street cleaning service and new house. We're already getting the cold shoulder from small town might as well get screwed by a incorporating town.

Terrible customer service from lady at front desk always in a bad mood . Never treats you with respect.
Such a nasty personality. I dnt understand why shes still there . They should fire her shes so terrible . . Shes the tall latina lady i forget her name shes been there for a while now .
