This past month, we reserved another property from Newman but were dissatisfied with the location and the property was not as listed on their website. Including pictures of website vs. reality. We absolutely loved this condo, and enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic. Not only were we two blocks away from the beach/ocean, but our view of the intercostal was amazing. During our stay, we utilized both pools, the spa and the fitness center. Oh, and getting groceries delivered directly to the check-in desk in the lobby (thru our Instacart account) was an absolute game-changer for us. By our second day, we were making our own breakfast and lunch in the condo. I highly recommend this condo, and Newman Hospitality were a fantastic host!

Fisherman's delight for back country or ocean. We brought our boat and loved having it right there to jump on. We liked having the marina close just in case there was a need for the boat. Did I mention there is an ICE MACHINE on site?! If you don't bring a boat do a jet ski tour we had a blast. You can snorkel the reef on tour! We made memories with the kids fishing and snorkeling. I love how centrally located Little Basin is to the BEST resturant's in the Keys. We walked to dinner and shopping. Publix close enough for a quick trip if needed, we grilled burgers one night by the water. Property is so clean and fresh inside and out! Kudos to the team behind the scenes. Ended up using the wash machines and didn't need to go home with wet suits. Emily the onsite manager was on it and was there to answer any questions. Little Basin a a BIG TREASURE and we will be back soon for more of those sunsets and crystal clear waters!

I rented a house in Naples to address concerns about my date, disabled daughter. The air conditioning that was complained about an a previous review was never corrected. The review was a year ago when I got into the house the two rooms were so hot. I had to sleep on the couch. I contacted this hospitality group, and I have never encountered such an unprofessional business. they had me on the phone For two hours trying to get Maintenance to fix the air conditioning while my daughter was screaming. They were rude and condescending and as promised to address this in the morning, I have not heard from them at all. The freezer is leaking on the floor. I have rented and have wonderful review about myself through Airbnb. I have never run into lack of a response to a client, especially one with A sick child I’m trying to take care of. They seem like the type of businesses that put you on hold and want to annoy you enough to just get rid of you renting homes in Naples Florida is very competitive and I beg anybody renting From the Newman hospitality group to reconsider renting from another group. My daughter had a hard time sleeping in the room because it was so hot and she has medical conditions. I will be addressing this as soon as I can with hopefully somebody higher up then the useless person that had me on hold for 20 minutes hung up on me and never corrected the problem. I have pictures, videos, and proof of how poor their contact has been.

update, even more has gone wrong with the house. The bathroom flooded from the base of the toilet. The shower head doesn’t work in the same bathroom. There are millipedes crawling around the house. I filed a grievance with Airbnb. They are getting a hold of the host which still are not getting back to me, his name is Sergio and Rhod
Because the air-conditioning only works in the center of the house and the bedrooms are sweltering hot. I’m sleeping on the couch and getting sick because it’s so cold and the center and my daughter is sweating. In the bedroom, she has disability so this hospitality group is anything but hospital

Stayed at the Woodridge location, a family friendly home in Naples, FL and was very pleased by how clean the home was upon arrival. I’ll provide a list of pros and cons for our stay:

Pros:
-friendly & communicative staff
-clean, very clean
-regularly maintained property- pool and landscape weekly taken care of
-many amenities, heated pool, charcoal grill, bicycles, pool floats, washer/dryer, coffee maker with coffee already here (although we used our own), complimentary sling tv/wifi
-garage with garage openers
-plenty of beach towels and clean bath towels
-deals offered with local tourists attractions
-close to local beaches/town (5-10 minute drive any beach in Naples or to downtown Naples)

Cons:
-a gas grill would have been better than charcoal grill but at least one was offered
-given this venue is family friendly, the glass patio doors to the pool did not have any safety/child proof lock, which I think it should.
-lots of ants, but I heard that was normal for FL
-although the venue said close walk to the beach (which it would be, there’s no lie there) there’s a large 4 lane highway in between that you would have to cross to get to the beach, not really ideal for young children or families

Great house. Great location. Family had a wonderful stay at this house. Enjoyed the space, pool, scenery. Was very clean, I would definitely recommend this house for a family stay. No problems here for us! I look forward to booking this again.

A Slice of Paradise – Our Perfect Islamorada Getaway!

From the moment we arrived in Islamorada, we knew we were in for something special. But nothing could have prepared us for just how incredible this townhouse would be—it was truly paradise on the water!

Situated right on the shoreline, this home offers amazing views of the sandbar and Alligator Reef. Every morning, we woke up to the mesmerizing sight of the sunrise. In the evenings, we sipped a glass of wine on the dock, watching the sunset cast its warm glow across the horizon.

Inside, the home was just as spectacular. The gourmet kitchen was a dream for anyone who loves to cook—fully stocked with high-end cookware, sharp knives, an impressive selection of spices, and elegant serving pieces that made every meal feel like a five-star dining experience. This kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

The beds were pure luxury, offering the kind of plush comfort that made falling asleep effortless. Every room was beautifully decorated, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and elegance.

A major highlight was the game room, whether playing ping-pong, darts, or just lounging with a movie, it was an ideal space for kids and adults alike to hang out and have fun.

Beyond the home itself, its location was unbeatable. We were just a short walk from Starbucks and minutes from fantastic restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We loved going to Lorelei, Marker 88, and Papa Joe’s for Happy Hour at sunset before returning home to cook dinner in our amazing kitchen.

This rental exceeded every expectation—we truly felt like we had discovered a hidden gem in the Florida Keys. The combination of luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable waterfront location made this the perfect vacation. We will absolutely be back!

A huge thank you for providing such a stunning and well-equipped home. It made for an unforgettable getaway, and we can’t wait to return!
