Camp Newlands is a wonderful place for families to enjoy the river while utilizing modern housing and facilities! We have been to Camp Newlands many years with our Father-Daughter Fishing Trips. The service is always excellent and we highly recommend your family take advantage of the serene atmosphere and the superb trout fishing on the White River. You will create memories for a lifetime!

I've stayed at almost every cabin at Newlands over the years. Its a great place to enjoy the white river. Having access to the dock is very convenient! I recommend cabin 4 if its available.

Amazing Stay at Newland’s Resort - Cabin #4

Our family of 7 stayed at Cabin #4 over Labor Day weekend, and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway and some incredible fishing. From the start, Mike, the owner, was extremely helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed before the trip. He even checked in with us after the first day to ensure our stay was going smoothly.

The location is easy to find, right on the White River and close to Bull Shoals Dam. The cabin itself is newly renovated, beautifully decorated in a fishing theme, and spotless. It had all the amenities we needed, including fast Wi-Fi and plenty of TV channels. A real highlight was the Traeger pellet smoker for grilling—I’ve never stayed at a cabin with such a great feature before!

The beds were comfortable, and the whole cabin felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed fishing on the shore and caught plenty of rainbow trout. The resort is peaceful, quiet, and very family-friendly, with other families around, making it great for kids. We can’t wait to come back for another stay!

We stayed at unit three at the lodge for our anniversary, and I can't brag enough about the location. The interior was beautiful. Everything was clean and neat. The views were my favorite. My husband and I watched the stars and fireflies at night. Then we watched the mist crawl across the white river early in the morning.

If you stay at Newlands you have to stay at the lodge. We stayed on the third floor and it was amazing. The AC was freezing the entire floor was remodeled and looked great. We wanted to extend our stay but the lodge was booked solid. We made the mistake of moving to Gaston’s. People at Gaston’s were rude and way over priced. We will be staying at Newlands in the lodge from now on. The lodge is right on the water. Literally you could fish off the balcony!!

Cabin 1 was very clean, spacious, well stocked and the location was awesome! Beautiful view of the river, very quiet. Great for fishing or just relaxing! We had an amazing time.

We can't say enough about Newlands. Very clean, comfortable, well stocked (towels, washcloths, even extra dish sponges)
The views were amazing, close to the river, boat dock and ramp avaliable.
We will definitely be coming back!
