I paid N.Event/Kim Nackers for a few upcoming shows. One of them was canceled (she canceled it) and has said she will refund us that money but hasn't and the event has passed. I also emailed her on Oct 7th and then on Oct 14th requesting refunds for the other events I originally signed up for and she hasn't replied to those emails either. I Facebook messaged her as well as posted on her group. She also had us fill out a form for the canceled event and I did that as well. She has been posting on her group etc in the mean time. I am now seeing on her Google reviews that she has done this with other people as well (not respond/not refund their money).

The few events that we did with her were terrible. There were no customers shopping. Most of the events we did with her, we didn't even make enough sales to cover the set up fee. Leading up to the event I did not see any advertisement at all on social media.

After two weeks of attempting to get ahold of her, and receiving zero communication from her, we took further action and finally got our money back.

Save your money and do not waste your time with her events.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Kim was great to work with when wanting to be in her shows however I did not do as well in her shows as others so I didn't want to waste my time and wanted a refund for 5 of the shows I paid for for 2024. I have submitted her refund Google doc, emailed multiple times, texted multiple times, messages on Facebook multiple times and she has not yet replied to me. I am just asking she CONFIRM she got my refund requests. I understand an actual refund can take a bit. After days of waiting she refunded the first event I requested a refund but not the other 4. Her policy is she will give a full refund if canceling within a month. I was well over a month for all events when submitting a refund. Started messaging asking for confirmation on Feb 12th and NOTHING SINCE ON ANY PLATFORM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. So now I come here and maybe she will reply with a bad review she deserves for the lack of communication for an event coordinator.

I payed 40 dollars to be a vendor in feb 2022 in Green Bay. The event was cancelled last minute and they never notified us. We never received a refund, even after filing a claim on PayPal. I called them 5+ times leaving messages and they never responded. Edit: I checked my PayPal history, and confirmed that I paid them 40dollars on feb 18th, and that I never received it back. I’d love them to personally reach out to me to resolve this. I’m happy to admit I am wrong and change my review if proven so.

I have been doing vendor events with N. Event for 2 years. Kim is one of the best event organizers I have worked with. She is very professional and is easy to work and communicate with. Her events are also reasonably priced.
