NerdyFoxTours made our trip to Japan truly prefect! They went above and beyond to craft a personalized itinerary that perfectly matched our interests. I had the greatest time of my life! I went to Japan in 2016 but without a guide, it was honestly terribly stressful and more expensive than it was using the Nerdy Fox Tour!
The Tour Guide was created by people who understand Japan and have lived there. The people know the country's language and culture and most helpfully their transportation system. I HIGHLY recommend!

I had the greatest trip of my life planned by the Nerdy Fox Tours! Without the Guide of Nerdy Fox I would have been lost in japan unable to navigate where to go or even what to do. I plan to use the tour again! I learned so much and had so much fun!

Absolutely the best trip I ever had. I went on the "Ninja Blades" trip and, just wow! We started in Tokyo and I got to see some amazing arcades and ate sushi for cheep! I also got to see Akihabara for the first time and loved it so much! Our last day in Tokyo we visited some Wisteria tunnels all lit up and it reminded me of an episode of Demon Slayer!

Then we rode a blue bullet train to a small city with a ninja temple and another temple that had the first statue of Buddha Japan received. It was hidden but still an amazing visit.

Then we rested at a hot spring town at the base of a gorge. This was super relaxing and the ride on the orange train was fun. We then rode that blue bullet train again to a city near an original castle. I loved this so much!

Then we went south and visited a real ninja village with a ninja castle! So cool! We then stopped for a bit at that famous Kyoto shrine with all the orange gates. And then went to Osaka. This was the day we did the Naruto theme park and it was beyond fun! I ate at the same ramen stall as Naruto!

Overall Nerdy Fox Tours was a wonderful experience, the food and shopping was wonderful, we had free days to explore and shop and our guide Ryan went above and beyond for the group. I will be booking again in the future!

The summer trip I went on with this company was incredible. It was really hot but traveling to see the mountain top castle in the myst was the best. I am going to book with this company again!
