Do not fall into the Rentyl Resorts, LRR or NDM Hospitality scam. Companies like this shouldn´t be allowed to operate. The builder of my rental property strongly recommended Rentyl (LRR) as a reputable property management company that could keep my house booked for over 70% of the year and after two years of the worst experience imaginable, I regret to say they are not. They were supposed to rent my house which they did very little. They have this very unfortunate clause on the contract which makes you give a year´s notice before you can get your house back, so of course I sat for an entire year with my house completely empty waiting for the notice to be up. They keep charging you for a bunch of things like the home care program even though obviously that money wasn´t needed because the house sat EMPTY for over 90% of the year. When they did rent it, they did it for super low rates per night, so of course, whatever money I made was nowhere near enough to cover even the utilities. They have a couple guard dogs called Owner Ambassadors which are supposed to be there to help but are mostly there to pretend that your house is doing super well even though it´s barely renting and they just repeat the same info over and over like a broken record without ever admitting that they are clearly underperforming. They are slow, inefficient and uncapable and not working to help you build a business but only striving for their next paycheck. Felipe Resendes is the manager of the team and is particularly deceiving and unhelpful. If you choose Rentyl as the PM company for your luxury rental property, be prepared for years of lies, misleading information, shady practices and very little bookings in your house and when you do get them, they´ll be for less than a motel in Orlando. Consider yourself warned.

I am not sure how this company describes itself as hospitality. They are shysters. I have never experienced such unethical behavior, they lie, they steal and treat their clients without any respect or decency. My husband and I are property owners in the Encore Resort at Reunion. If you are considering contracting with NDM Hospitality, Rentyl Resorts or Luxury Rental Resorts as your property manager, DON'T WALK, RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION! They will ruin your property, steal your money, ignore your concerns and/or lie to you about how they will correct things.

This company doesn’t even deserve single star rating. The Falcone family is fake and they don’t care one little bit about their employees. If you want to visit and give your money to fake people at Encore Resort at Reunion, island H2O, Margaritaville, Bears Den, Spectrum and so on you would be doing your family a dis-service. Stay away from this company.

What a great resort to stay at! It was our destination complex for the week. The staff and resort amenities were amazing, Rentyl resorts team members treated us like old friends. We look forward to our next visit.
