Amazing venue. The way they have designed this venue is perfect for all types of events. Great selection of drinks for a fair price. The bartenders took care of all of my needs even when it was crazy at the bar. I would love to put on an event here.

Lovely venue! Ripping off guests who already paid for seating for a comedy by charging/demanding a $25 drink/food minimum prior to entry. Terrible service, ordered food items never received and poor quality drinks.

We had a recent event here and it was great 93.7 The Beat was involved and the staff was great and the security was on point it was a lot of fun ...
By looking at some of the reviews I believe that it was the promoters fault for a lot of your issues you had
This venue is a event center and it is not a club so the person who promotes the specific night is in charge of making sure everything goes smoothly , security , DJ , staff ect. A lot of people bring there own people in to waitress ect
Perhaps they shouldn’t use that promoter who promoted that event anymore
But my expierence was great with this place and we had no issues and would definitely book again

Wonderful venue. I had my birthday party here and it was my greatest party yet. Great price food was wonderful and the staff was very accommodating!!!! The av system in this place is amazing as well. I've never seen anything like it before .

Meh, went for a concert and was not impressed. The place is pretty but the sound is not great. For concerts that is the most important part. LOUD doesn’t mean good. When two of the three bands have issues with sound there is a problem. When the band stops and literally asks for help from any employee who works the stage it is definitely a problem. They charge 5 dollars for a can of Coke, and water. The smoke from the fried food filled the place. I thought it was a smoke machine but I could smell the food. The bands tried REALLY tried to entertain the crowd while having technical problems, one band had to leave the stage without playing there full set. They only have two women’s stalls and have four men’s restrooms. That was really strange. Like I said it is a pretty place. It just need to stick to weddings and quince parties.

This place is horrible. We waited an hour to get in only to find out that in addition to our ticket we would have to spend more money on a 2 purchase minimum at the door ($20, plus tax, and a 16% surplus fee ). Nothing was FREE, not even a cup of water! If this isn’t bad enough. We learned soon after entering that NOT everyone was charged the 2 purchase minimum AT THE DOOR. The general admin seats were packed up on top of each other, in the back, soon moved up to the middle of the venue so the people who waited FOREVER to get in ended up at the back!!!!!!!!! This is was a hot MESS. Do better!!!!!!!

If i could get 0 stars i would have. Totally unprofessional staff! After waiting and hour to get inside we were informed we had to pay another $25 because they had a (2 item purchase minimum) the item you could chose from we’re all $10 but no one could explain to us why we were charged an additional $5. Bella (a waitress) took ours tickets for our drinks and never brought them back. Then after the show i explained to the manager what happened and she said i needed to get with BELLA . After finding Bella she acknowledged that she remembers not bringing our order to us but instead accidentally gave it to the table next to us. We overhear her asking the manager if she could just give us the order or did it have to be refunded. The manager said “no one wants anything else everyone wants their money back” Bella then proceeds to try and had us the drinks we ordered 2hrs prior ! Absolutely not ! Once i refuse to take them and told her i wanted my money back the manager said she would handle it ! I got my $25 back however i would never go back to NDC EVENT IF GOD HIMSELF WERE PASSING OUT THE GOLDEN TICKETS TO HEAVEN ! I WOULD JUST HAVE TO BURN IN HELL 🤷🏽‍♀️ B.Simone also acknowledged that the promoter and event center were janky.
