I have been using Nauset Rentals for our Cape Cod vacation for the last 5 years. They have been helpful, friendly and very easy to deal with. The house that we had rented every year was sold and the team at Nauset Rental helped me find a different house within my budget. The process was made very easy and painless. The communication with everyone here is great. I would recommend Nauset Rentals to anyone looking for a wonderful Cape Cod vacation.

This was a great little place to stay and provided easy access to town and the beach. The inside of the house was nice but the bedrooms and outdoor landscaping could use a little TLC. When we drove up, it was a bit underwhelming, with a front yard that looked like it needed a good landscaper. Disappointing but once we ventured inside, we were happy with the living space. Nicely laid out, and plenty of room for our group to spread out. The kitchen was also nicely stocked.

Filthy, unsanitary conditions and no response from Nauset Rental. My family has been renting in Cape Cod for over two decades and have never experienced anything like this. Mold, insect infestation, front door lock unattached, dirty floors/windows, stained bedding, drains clogged with clumps of hair, etc. Repeated calls and emails to Nauset Rental were met with indifference and excuses that this was “typical” of older rentals. At our urging, a representative came to the home on the 3rd day and acknowledged the unsanitary and unsafe conditions. We were told “Tracy” the manager would reach out and rectify the situation as some of the rooms were inhabitable, forcing us to acquire an additional rental nearby for a few people in our party. Tracy stated she would need to check what could be done and would circle back by the end of the week. We have not heard from Nauset Rental since. Clearly, their interest lies in the thousands they charge for subpar units they rent and not in the actual experience of the customer. The house was never inspected prior to Nauset listing it for rent. This is the least reputable rental organization in Cape Cod. Do not risk your family’s time, money, and memories - go anywhere else.

We stayed at Bayberry House in Orleans for a week in September. The home is immediately comfortable and well appointed. Just about any cooking tool you can think of is supplied. We enjoyed the proximity to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. We had wonderful weather for outdoor adventures the first part of the trip. The last few days were very stormy, but the house is so spacious and homey that it was a great place to be, even in inclement weather! Being able to bring our dog was especially helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Welfleet last late September into October for a total of two weeks. It was comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood was very nice and close to everything we needed or wanted. It was expensive. However although we hope to stay there again for the same period of time, in this difficult economic uncertainty, and given how clean we left the place (as we always do), we would very much appreciate a meaningful discount on our next stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Mooncusser house! Beautiful home, well stocked! Owner thought of everything! Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Thanks for opening up your beautiful home to us! Great location! Loved walking over to Wequassett for coffee at the Sill & drinks/apps at Lybation, Harwich baseball games, Chatham lighthouse & shopping etc!

This beach home is literally a slice of heaven. On the water Beautiful views with just a 10 minute walk over the dunes to the open Atlantic Ocean
House was attractive and very well appointed. I love it here and hope I can return.

Beautiful Beautiful property and thought Nauset Rental did a great with appropriate info we needed prior to our arrival. Our only issue was the key code to get in did not work and the screen doors did not function properly. I did NR about the key code and they mentioned it was broke and they forgot to inform us. As far as the screen doors, the NR person said thanks for informing us, but no one came out to fix them
All in all a great place and we certainly will be back again!!
