For my husbands birthday last year I worked with Traci Steuteville at Napa Valley Celebrations. Traci worked with me for several months prior to the party via email and telephone. Traci is friendly, easy to work with and can handle every aspect of your event from graphic design to floral arrangements. When COVID hit days before our event, Traci was able to scale the party back to a family affair. It wasn’t the party we originally planned but Traci was able to still make it perfect! I would highly recommend her for any event, large or small.

Traci planned my wife’s 50th birthday party. She handled every detail and her non traditional touch sent into something most had never seen. The quotes have been “best party Napa has ever seen” and “damn!, you have raised the bar” Big Value for a life time experience.

If only this review would allow me to show pictures of the events. Yes plural. Traci and her amazing team planned the most epic weekend of events for my 50th birthday . Every single person raved about the beauty, the details, the bars(!!!), the food, the design and organization. And this was all off a generator because the house wasn’t finished. It was a weekend celebration we will never forget. Call Traci immediately- any party and size. 5 star plus.

Traci and her team @ Napa Valley Celebrations are the best event planners in the Bay Area...we will not do an event without them!

We have used NVC both small/intimate events (at-home dinners for 10-20 people) as well as large events (our daughter's rehersal dinner, wedding and a 50th birthday party for 250+ people). Traci thinks through every single detail so that when the day of the event actually arrives you able to just relax and enjoy the party!
