Such a cool outdoorsy store. They had a large gas fireplace with rocking chairs to warm up by. My wife and I loved their magnet souvenir selection and wandered around checking the place out for a while. There are many unique design features to this place, even down to the bathroom doors. I liked my visit here and would visit again.

Cute place with friendly service! I accidentally forgot my hiking boots at home and came here to get a pair before my hiking trip. They had affordable women’s boot options which was great for me. Convenient location for all your Smoky Mountains hiking needs!

Staff was very helpful in making attempts to find products they did not have in stock. Selection of products was too big to look through in one trip. Staff was very helpful, and the conversation was enjoyable. This store is the only reason I would go back to the tourist trap of Gatlinburg.

HIGHLY recommend this location! The staff is amazing at check in, and the guides are even better and full of personality. We had Jonathon during our excursion and it was great. This was his second year doing this and he was very fond of his fellow employees, the area, and wildlife. The trip was absolutely amazing and we had zero complaints!

Great hiking store near the Smokey Mountains National Park. This is the perfect store to stock up on all your hiking needs. They have a great selection of Mountain House Meals, hiking poles, shoes and layers.

Great selection of camping and hiking gear but good Lord you have to be making above six figures to be able to afford to shop here. Lol Staff is very friendly and helpful though.

NOC was the bomb!!!

Ana and I enjoyed shopping here for us and our little one.

Since there is not many specialty hiking stores in our part of the country, or maybe, we just have not searched, we loved this place.

From cute trinkets, to serious apparel and shoes specifically for day walking and hiking, this is the place to go.

We spent what we would have any one of those stores. So now, we will have to buy a check in bag or mail some of our stuff back home.

The store is programmed to be a one way path from the entrance to the third floor back to the register's and exit.

Visit if you need your hiking here, and any specialty walking items for you or your loved ones.

And service was excelellent!!!! Special thanks to the young lady who helped my wife pick out here shoes and the lady who carried my items back to the register.
