I hired Chef Carmenia for an event for Amazon Drivers and I have nothing but positive things to say. She was professional, arrived early (which was a big plus because I had not accounted for prep time) and was super accommodating for our last minute Easter catering request. The food was AMAZING! Rave reviews about the Salmon, Fried Chicken, and the Greens and Mac and Cheese. We did the individual dishes and the servings were hearty and the presentation was 5 star! It tasted like home cooking and we loved it! Thank you again, Chef!

We hired Chef Carmenia to do catering for our rehearsal dinner since all of our family was visiting from out of town and we wanted to give them a taste of authentic soul food. We could not be happier with how everything turned out! We ordered the smothered pork chops and catfish as entrees, with dirty rice, Mac n cheese, and collard greens as our sides. The entrees also came with salad and bread. Everyone was amazed at how good the food was, especially the entrees! The pork chops were tender and flavorful and the catfish was light and crispy. Of course, the sides were all a hit as well.

Aside from the food, working with Chef Carmenia was very easy. She was so warm and friendly that talking to her was like talking to your favorite auntie. She worked with us to put together a fitting menu for our guests and was very accommodating with us when we had to change the time and location of our event last second. Her prices are more than fair and you are definitely getting more than your money’s worth!

To summarize, Chef Carmenia is wonderful and her food is excellent! 10/10, would recommend!

PS., we had leftover catering and froze it so we could keep eating it after our wedding. It still tastes amazing!

ONE OF THE BEST CATERED LUNCHES WE HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME! This past Friday we had salmon, pecan crusted chicken , mashed potatoes, macaroni n cheese, and mixed veggies. EVERYTHING was delicious. I cannot remember the last time we had a meal and everyone in full agreeance that all items was seasoned well and even the salmon was cooked to perfection. The ginger beer was a delight. We will definitely use this catering service for future lunches with our company. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
