It's a barn. What can you say about a barn with 2 restrooms? It's open (3 sided) covered, uninsulated, and has gaps between the boards showing.
This is clearly an upgraded version of a picnic pavillion.
Some family got married here, and they decorated it really beautifully. We were there to stand my her, not the venue.

This place is absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced! They have an outdoor and indoor option, we used the indoor option and good thing too cause it was May and it stormed! The owner was very welcoming and easy to talk to and helpful! We did have to get our own sound system, tables and chairs! Honeslty with the price she charged it was easy to rent those things. We had roughly 110 guest and had just enough space plus catering and plenty of parking spaces! The bridal cottage was a very nice bonus plus a cool set up and I am thankful for it! I would definitely recommend this nice and simple yet beautiful place for anyone considering getting married!

A nice clean place, great for parties ? of all kinds and weddings. We thought the lack of AC would be a problem in July heat, but with the fans and cool evening breeze everyone had a good time.
