Absolutely! Here's a powerful positive review for MSC Cruise Line:
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an MSC Cruise, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped on board, the level of service and attention to detail was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our trip was perfect, making us feel truly special.
The amenities on the ship were top-notch, offering a wide range of activities and entertainment options that catered to all ages and interests. The dining experiences were exceptional, with a variety of delicious cuisines that satisfied every palate. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was consistently outstanding.
What truly sets MSC Cruise Line apart is their commitment to guest satisfaction. Every interaction with the crew was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism. The excursions were well-organized, providing us with unforgettable experiences at each port of call. Overall, MSC Cruise Line delivers an unparalleled cruising experience that combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I highly recommend MSC for anyone looking to embark on a memorable and delightful cruise vacation.

Just finished our second MSC cruise aboard the beautiful Seascape. It took us from Miami to Puerto Plata, San Juan, Ocean Cay and back to Miami today. Folks this ship is awesome because of the crew. Our Cabin Steward was Aziz Abdul from Indonesia and he was the absolute best. He exceeded our expectations for our vacation and was so helpful in every way. Also Jiro in the deck 18 poolside bar was also awesome. All of the staff were excellent but these two really stood out as exceptional. If you have not traveled with MSC you really should. They are state of the art modern with the best customer service imagineable.

This is our first time traveling with this cruise line. We had a fantastic trip on the MSC Divina. I highly recommend it. Spectacular service... and lots of entertainment, restaurants, pools, casino, theater, gym, spa, shops, lounges, children's spaces and excellent staff. The shows are super spectacular🥰 I fell in love with the super spectacular Swarovski staircase 😍😍🥰🥰

Had a fantastic trip in a MSC boat called Divina. Strongly recommend it. Huge boat with many rooms, cleaned twice a day and with lots of entertainment, restaurants, pools, casino, theater, gym, spa, shops, lounges, kids spaces and great staff. They have an own island and affordable prices. Had a blast.

In the 20 plus years i have been going on cruises i can unequivocally say MSC has absolutely been the most unpleasant vacation i have ever taken. Everything they possibly can was an up charge. The television had very few actual channels you could watch almost all msc advertising channels(ship , saftey, deck cam, effy store etc) MSC really does not have there shit together . For some reason the announcer insisted on singing all the announcements and frankly it was kinda obnoxious . The bathroom did not have room for my legs when i sat on the toolilet (im under 6foot) . None of the salad dressings had any labels on them so it was like playing roulette. They have no door hangers . It is all buttons that you need to hope you dont forget about . The rooms have a system that the lights/power will not go on unless you have a card in a reader on the wall . So if you leave your room your devices will not be charging. It is also cumbersome to enter the room without being able to flip a switch. The elevators do not have buttons on the inside . So makes organic exploration of the ship less then ideal, also if u want to change floors lr something o well. Not to mention the elevator is all mirror and mirror polished metal on all 6 walls so it just makes the ride awkward , it is impossible not to look at all other passengers. The app is wonky at best . Out of my party of six total members, i was only able to add one person . The qr codes aside from restaurants do not work. I also am disconnected from the ships internet about every 10 minutes . Most of the staff is the opposite of attentive . Service at the restaurants leaves much to be desired, first night no butter knifes . It is impossible to get anything brought out on time or hot . Anything i had to ask for like water or a side i had to ask no less then twice . At any given time half the buffet was shut down and finding soup or salad r whatever you want is always in the other side of the buffet area. in the dining area nothing was done timely or hotBe sure to check your card for charged daily as the first night i was billed for a second glass of wine i did not drink . Second night the charge was added right back on at a time i was late for dinner and not even in said restaurant. Third day close to 200 in tips added to my account (i get pre set tips on restaurants, but those are already included) moldy string in shower for drying clothes . To end though it did not directly effect me , at least 2 of my party members had ordered and payed for rooms with balcony, they tried to say we dod not this would not be resolved until the 4th day , no compensation or courtesy was offered even though they still payed extra for the room not to have for the full trip. This was a daily argument with guest services . They even got the dinning time wrong and made no effort to resolve our reservations. Even trash like tea bags was left in the middle of halways(I understand ppl leave plates next to the door .

Went on my first cruise this September.
The good:
Beautiful ship, most service was amazing.
The bad:
I upgraded to have a wrap around veranda with the aura experience ✨️ oh so nice to pay 1300 extra and I couldn't even use the veranda because once out to sea all the deck furniture blew up against our entrance! The wind sound that would blow through our door was beyond annoying. You could only eat at buffet or 1 restaurant for 7 days! (You could pay 200 extra to eat at a different restaurant... the shows were not thrilling at all. 35 min of singing and dancing every night.

We just returned from the seaside cruise ship that left Cape Canaveral to the Bahamas and Mexico. I don’t recommend MSC cruises. While there were many positives, the negative experiences outweighs them by far. The food was mediocre and loaded with carbs. They wouldn’t make a white pizza before 10 pm and ran out of bacon mid cruise! Our hearing was hurt by their 100 db volume at the entertainment hrs, my Apple Watch noise alarm kept warning me yet they wouldn’t do anything about it so bring ear plugs! They are not very organized and their daily schedule have errors causing us to miss things. Of the $101.50 weekly standard tip… the room cleaning folks get about $1 of it… so we made a change to that. The smoking section is right by the rear pool… so good luck if you don’t smoke! To get to the dining hall we had to walk through the casino also smoke filled. If you are up on the top deck pool, good luck finding a bathroom!!! Zero signs! And that’s a problem on this ship, finding your way around is near impossible! The seaside ship is showing its age now, they paint and maintain it in the middle of the day when we were walking through! Our cabin door hinges falling off, our shower door weatherstrip also falling off! The phone malfunctioning, the toilet or the overall bathroom smelled really bad at night! Overall a smooth cruise because we had good weather but a disappointment overall.. oh and everything is an up-charge!!! They only send links to review the ship to select customers… go figure! Steer clear!!!

Overall:
4 day, 3 night Keywest, MSC private island cruise, departed 26 July 2024.
MSC is a step up from Carnival but can’t compare in cleanliness, service and amenities to Royal Caribbean who we have come accustomed to cruising with. The airlines have Spirit, the cruise lines have Carnival and MSC.
Lows: Right out the gate we had a room that wasn’t well vacuumed, and a tv the wasn’t connected to the ship channels, and there are no phone numbers listed any where in your room that you can call for service.
The bar service was horrible (I considered applying for social security benefits while awaiting a beverage) which made the unlimited drink package a useless purchase.
The sub par air conditioning in the room especially at night was lacking with an outdated useless thermostat(see pic). The food was middle of the road. The MSC private island only had several spots and beaches open when we visited, with multiple beaches and bars closed.
Highs: The stop at Key West and the MSC private island were long enough to enjoy the open amenities. The theatre shows were good. This cruise was cheap.
Staff were friendly.
We got a deal on this cruise and are reminded you get what you pay for.
The next time you see me on an MSC cruise is if another ship I am on has an emergency and we have to board MSC for survival.
