Let me tell you.. living in a pool/courtyard facing unit is an experience itself ☺️☺️ while writing this review, I’m not even sure which video I should attach. A resident powersawing at 10pm? 🙃 Or someone breaking the jacuzzi and making it beep loudly at midnight? 🤔 Or the consecutive loud parties that are being held at the pool? 🥳🎉

Leasing office was understaffed in the beginning of my move and would not get back to me as promised on the issues i encountered until i reach back out a few days after the promised timeline. nonetheless, my issues were addressed.

Javier and the maintenance was fantastic!
Move out process with the community manager Chris and Edgar was very smooth. It would have been great if Chris was already working when I was preparing my move in. Towards moving out, I have no complaints on the complex, leasing staff, or maintenance team. My only feedback is to relay some reminders to residents to be respectful of other neighbors, especially during quiet hours, and to put a bigger enforcement on guests rules since the courtyard is small!

Living here has been great. Everyone is really nice in the office. Maintenance is fast and reliable and always friendly. Dog friendly and there’s a good community of other dog parents. There’s a small free run area that’s well kept. The complex is always clean and the pool is nice. They even had a pie celebration for 3.14. Overall it’s quiet and relaxed.

Great staff in the property, and they got EV charging stalls as well. Utilities and additional costs are very reasonable, especially compared to surrounding apartment communities. The apartments themselves are very airy and in a convenient location with good appliances! The pool and jacuzzi are nice too. Honestly the best maintained and value for money community around the RWC area. Johnny and Jessica are also very helpful and the most friendly. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for an apartment community in the area.

I unfortunately had to edit my review as the reason that we liked this property, namely the staff that worked there, either left or were let go. The new staff are much less helpful and we started being charged new fees out of nowhere.

The property staff here are simply the best. Johnny is super helpful and professional, and Javier is an absolute delight. The property itself is well maintained and clean in the common spaces, and maintenance requests are completed promptly. I highly recommend the property if you are looking for something in this area and price range.

I moved in a little over one month ago and so far absolutely love living here! Very responsive and friendly staff from the leasing office and maintenance. Heated pool, jacuzzi and gym are never too busy. All common areas are clean and well maintained. My apartment faces courtyard and has a great pool and palm trees view. Never heard any noise from my neighbors. I received tons of packages over the month as I just moved to the area and none was missing. Diane and Javier (people from leaving office and maintenance) kindly helped bring large packages to my door many times when the delivery person didn't do so already. There is a convenient and secured amazon locker too on the main floor too. Also, I feel very safe in the neighborhood. There is a large Target just across the street. Definitely strongly recommend it to anyone who is considering living in an apartment building with modern amenities in the area.

Move-in review after four days.
Monthly rent is extremely dependent on move-in date; more than a few days in advance and rent increases, sometimes dramatically.
The application process wasn't amazing. $500 deposit to apply, lose if you change your mind. The lease had multiple mistakes in it, which we responded to same-day and haven't been fixed a week later despite us moving in.
We were given incorrect instructions on how to pay; front desk will "talk to the manager" multiple times, no resolution.
Smoke alarm went off 10 mins after turning on the empty oven to 400, no visible smoke (cat is terrified). Front desk said to file a maint request online; when presented with the website, front desk was unable to figure out how to file a maint request. Said they will "talk to the manager" yesterday, haven't heard back.
Still have not received a parking pass after four days, front desk said they will "talk to the manager" for the last two days when prompted, haven't heard back.
Front desk is very nice, though. The rooms are great and clean, pool is awesome and not busy, gym could be bigger but is well-used. Appliances look pretty but are cheap. Noise isn't bad, though we have been woken up at 5am twice already by trash pickup, which is very loud through closed windows. Dependent on room location. Trash+recycling chutes are very convenient. Building is kept clean. Only fast internet option is Comcast; most of RWC has fiber but this is in a rare deadzone.
Overall, for this very early impression, it's fine. It's an expensive area to live and has nice rooms and amenities.

Update after living here for 1 month: Taking one star off for the loud whistling sound the pool makes when being heated. This happens throughout the day and only shuts off at midnight. I would caution against a unit facing the pool if you're sensitive to sound.

My wife and I just moved in this past weekend and so far, our experience has been superb! Diane showed us the apartment and introduced us to the building. She was very welcoming and answered all our questions. Johnny then helped us with the lease and all the move-in details. He is super friendly and accommodating and addressed all our concerns promptly and professionally. We also interacted with Javier a few times who is really friendly and helpful.

Really nice staff and reasonable pricing for this area. The apartments are very large and cozy. We haven't heard any noise from our apartment. The pool is a popular area in the summer, but it's usually just families and everyone is respectful of the space. The gym is usually pretty open. I would love it if they had some newer machines added, but it's fine for a daily workout. Definitely would recommend living here!
