We couldn’t have been happier choosing Mr. Hospitality for our wedding planning, day-of coordination, and design services. When we started our search for a coordinator, we spoke with eight different companies. Our priorities were clear: we needed someone affordable without sacrificing quality, organized enough to take the mental load off of us, and easy to communicate with. With demanding jobs and limited time, we needed a team that could seamlessly handle the details while letting us focus on our big day. While others were professional, Mr. Hospitality was the only one that met all our priorities and brought an unmatched personal touch that set them apart.

During our first call, Mario’s genuine enthusiasm set the tone. It felt like catching up with an old friend who was excited to hear about our lives—our two cats, how we met nine years ago, and even our plan to walk down the aisle together. He remembered these details in every follow-up, making us feel uniquely cared for.

As planning progressed, Selina joined the team, bringing her incredible organization, vision, and joy. She came prepared with detailed floor plans, timelines, and vendor coordination materials, and she even took the time to review our Pinterest boards to understand our design preferences. Kiara, our day-of coordinator, joined closer to the event and was the ultimate calming presence, keeping the timeline on track while being attentive to every little need.

On the day of the wedding, their expertise shone. Kiara met us at our getting-ready location with tissues ready during our first look, hors d'oeuvres and drinks waiting in our suite after the ceremony, and an uncanny ability to know when to step in and when to stay in the background. Selina transformed our venue, blending last-minute Amazon decorations with stunning rental pieces, like the ceremony arch and lighting features, while also coordinating with their trusted vendor partners to bring everything to life. It wasn’t just about arranging vases and faux flowers—they elevated our vision with high-quality elements and professional touches that made the entire space feel cohesive, beautiful, and uniquely ours.

One standout moment was during family photos—a time when emotions were high and energy was low. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, we could confidently say, “Kiara has the list,” and trust her to guide us through each step. Later, when we needed a section of lights dimmed for the dance floor, they handled it effortlessly. Even a delivered cake that went to the wrong location at first arrived perfectly presented, thanks to their coordination.

After the event, their thoughtfulness continued. Picking up our items a few days later, we found a handwritten card detailing personal moments they loved from working with us and a Polaroid from our first dance, labeled as the "paw-rents" of our cats.

A few weeks later, one of us attended a company holiday event planned by Mr. Hospitality. Selina recognized the connection and came out to say hello, making it feel like reconnecting with an old friend. This is just one more example of the care and thoughtfulness they bring to their work.

Mario and Selina were a pleasure to work with! My fiance and I had a rather last minute engagement party and the team at Mr. Hospitality were able to help us find everything from the perfect venue and decor, to a menu our guests loved and everything in between. We wanted a cocktail hour along with an intimate dinner to celebrate with our friends and family and the team was able to help us allocate the space and to make every step of our evening beautiful.

The communication was great throughout the whole process. My fiance had a specific vision of how she wanted our night to look and Mario was able to hear our ideas and give the perfect recommendations. On the night of, Selina did a great job making sure everything went according to plan. I held my daughters Sweet 16 on 10/29. Mario (Mr Hospitality) and his staff were great. If I say he brought my vision to life that would be an understatement. It was exceeded!!! I literally did not expect it to come out the way it did. I expected it to be beautiful but it was magical!! . From the setup to the DJ to the food (which was delicious) everything came out perfect. Not only did my daughter look like a princess, with my vision and his attention to detail and expertise he helped me into making the night look royal.
