Staff the next morning weren't kind to me at all. I don't know what the homeboy at the front desk issue with me was, but he was rude and i walked away to keep from snapping out.
Tell your morning staff to be more respectful or you won't be in business for long!

The room had no drawers and no towel rack. The fridge had no working temperature control. The toilet had to be flushed a certain way or it wouldn't work. The site's car entrances can only be entered by going south on Rosemead. The bed could only be slept on one side since the other side sunk in.

Horrible. Worst motel 6 in L.A. they expect you to take your pet with you. Can't leave it in room. Not even in a kennel you have to leave the room once a day so cleaning staff can "clean safely" what about our safety? The pool 8s only open from 9 a.m. to sunset. You aren't allowed to have visitors or guests to swim .. and they got a little snarky when askemd about it. They also required a $50 deposit

Everything is reasonable but WiFi is too bad or we can say it is disgustingly!

Seems someone control the WiFi connection and speed, they don’t want guests to use WiFi. Otherwise, we can’t understand why it is so freak!

And so far, there is no any evidence to show that the Motel owner wants to improve WiFi connectivity.

Seriously, Suggested that please go any other Motel 6 locations and study them how to setup WiFi connectivity.

21st Century already passed 24 years, you can’t believe that why here is still use 90s WiFi technology.

This place was a wonderful stay for my daughter and I! We loved the pool, the room, the easy walkability to lots of amenities, restaurants and shops! The room was updated and the wifi worked great for us! We will definitely stay here again the next time we come back to California!!

No wifi at all they claim To have free high speed wifi/internet wich is false the cable peaople have been on their way to fix it for over a month i doubt these idiots ever reported it cable barely works and still the rates are ridiculous cant get any work done here because the wifi is nonexistent .. tweakers n crack heads at every corner ... painting shit a different color does not make it better if the inside is garbage even the nasty lil cup of coffe they offer thinking its the best of the best is garbage dont know wat it is but it aint coffe .... if you guys are corporate then act like it if u are privately owned then i dont then the brand standards are being met n i believe you guys are putting a bad reputation on the motel 6 brand and the royalties that u guys are paying for in order to have this establishment please do better a lil paint job wont change how the stay is actually.. so do better because im sure the BBB would love to hear about this 6..... And Answer The Dam Phone Hugo! Lazy Hugo Just Wont Get off His lazy but not ever!

Its not a holiday change the rates u guys r the most expensive in the area n the rooms r horrible no wifi at all i should not have to walk out my room. In order to receive signal u guys shut the water off n dont inform anyone the tubs dont drain the flood the cable is jumping all the time because of the service they shut the wifi off at a certain time in the morning so u cant book again take that off if u wont allow us to properly use it yes its free but u also charge for it in the room rate 160 and its not even a holiday u guys are either tweaked tf out or dont know how to rate ur motel 160 is unacceptable especially if i have to step out my room for wifi what a joke n u call the front the short fat man does nothing he says he will but wont has attitude wen u just let em know something it should not be that way your a gsr then act like one a trained one

The staff were incredibly friendly and flexible throughout check in and check out. The room & bathroom were spacious and exceptionally clean. Fridge, a microwave, and enough fresh towels. It’s hard to find a room that’s reasonably priced and checks off all these boxes.
Leaving 4 stars as there’s room for improvement for disabled guests and making sure there’s appropriate accommodation or offering discounts for service when owed accommodations are unavailable per previous reviews.
