RUN!!!! Do not rent here. They charge a $50 cash deposit to all rooms and keep your money. This was after I paid in full on expedia. They claimed I damaged the room because they found cat hair I told them I had a cat, signed for it and everything. They refused to give me a copy of paperwork I signed, and called the police on me for trespassing. Corporate will do nothing I am sure, but you best believe I called. Rock hard beds. Tiny towels that don't even cover your body. The price is not worth it!!!!

Edited to add: They make you wait up front while they "check" your room to see if you get your cash deposit back, and won't let you see the damages they claim you caused.

Fantastic value for the price. Easy spot to find directly off interstate. Pet friendly although I didn't bring my fur baby on this trip. Perfect for a quick rest while traveling. Mini fridge wasn't working but we had a cooler so it was not needed. Would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and professional on the job and I was very happy for my stay and will be back again. Got good restaurants to eat at. Me and girlfriend ate at Pier 6 seafood and steaks.

I've been staying here for three weeks, since I've been here three staff has been harassing me, telling me I've had to much company, when it was just my family helping bring my clothes and belongings..... Then told me I can't refuse housekeeping even though I'm sleeping because I work 50 hours a week..... Called the police on me because the manager lady was yelling at me so I yelled back, about a piece of furniture I know nothing about..... I don't do anything but go to work and come home and not bother anyone, they've been looking through my peep hole, calling the room phone just breathing and then 2 doors down I smelled decaying flesh..... They have a vending machine that has no out of service sign or a 1800 number to contact when it takes your money because it will matter of fact the husband claims he doesn't even know who the vendor is..... The manager says she can talk to you how she wants, come in your room 24/7 and you either take it or leave...... They don't even fix things I have to slam my door 20 times literally for it to close and the husbands suggested just slam it really hard from the inside.....I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here unless you like being miserable and mistreated......

Update: I was told yesterday that as long as we did what they asked us to do and was not going to refuse housekeeping I can renew my room, because I just moved to the area and I'm looking for a place.... We went down before work to pay and was told by the attendant at the desk that we could not renew until we speak to the manager/ owner so she says, so now I'm missing work just to wait to speak to her, this is in walking distance to my job that's why I even chose this location.....

Stayed at this motel 3x and every room had something Lil wrong with it didn't complain because it was Lil stuff. Went last night and they told me I couldn't get a room and no explanation of why.. so I called Corporate to get answers waiting on the reply back... there was Lil roaches and the last room I stayed the shower wasn't draining like it should nd no light in the bathroom either let's not mention all the burn holes in the bedding... Adding to post they still have not gave a answer and when I called to check on the case they said there was nothing they could do to get me a answer if the property manager won't call or give me a reason... in my opinion is Unacceptable and Rude

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and courteous. I was able to have my dog with me, but I requested no room service, which was not honored. I worry about my dog biting or running away. I talked to the owner about it at ck out. Negative: There's a lot of trash in the surrounding areas where I had to walk the dog. It's disgusting to see how people just throw their trash on the ground nor pick up their animal waste. Maybe a few more trash cans and doggie bags would help. Negative: ""

50 Dollar cash deposit. Refused to return deposit because we didn't make bed and clean mop sweep room. Scam alert. I reported to motel 6. They watch your every move here. Very uncomfortable staying here. They called me too saying no dogs on the bed like there watching me in my room. I travel for a living this is my 167th motel. I would pass this on and head on down the road. Or it will cost ya 200.00

I would NEVER rent a room here. I brought my mom to an event in the area this evening and attempted to check in at this Motel 6. She asked if there were grab bars in the shower because she’s a little wobbly. He told her she should go get a room somewhere else. She had a reservation and didn’t hear him tell her that he can’t rent the room to her. He repeated, “you should go somewhere they can accommodate you”. When she tried to hand him her card and identification, I told her what he said and she told him it wouldn’t be an issue. He refused to take her cards. I then asked him if he was refusing to rent to her because she has a physical handicap and he said I’m allowed to refuse service. She’s a liability. I told him that it wouldn’t be an issue, she was just asking if they had the accommodations available. He told her again to go somewhere else. I told him this was ridiculous and he yelled at me to get out. He even pretended to call the police because I wasn’t out the door yet. He was talking to me in a manner that no front desk representative should EVER speak to a guest, or attempted guest I should say. Another person we ran across said he had an issue with the room smelling like a meth lab. 😳 Now I’m thinking he doesn’t really care about his customer service. Very bad service!!!
