Service was good and location wasn't bad. However found baggies on the floor burns in sheets, mold on the shower curtains and the floor of the shower was distugsting also burn marks on toilet seat and lid was off on toilet. Just over all VERY disgusting hotel will never stay again.

The housekeeper did not clean my rented room, after I repeatedly asked her for the entire five days that I occupied the room whileI was a quest at theirJonesboro, Arkansas location.
I asked for clean towels every two days and I had to to walk around the entire building to retrieve them from the female house keeper or get them from the motel's manager at their laundry room.
I would ask the housekeeper to empty my trah cans daily, and she instructed me to empty it myself, at the large trash bin located bin the back of the building near the entrance of the motel, which was also several hundred feet away from my rented room.
When I arrived at Motel 6,I was instructed by the Motel's manager to take my dog out of the room and place it in my vehicle, so the the house keeper coukd clean the room. I agreed to those terms when I rented the room the first dayof my five days stay there,but the house keeper would not come and clean the room and would disappear for several hours. When I finally locates her to obtain information concerning what time she would be able to clean my room.The housekeeper mentioned that she would come to my room but she would always be a no-show housekeeper, for the entire five days. I actually rented the room for six days,but I left the motel a day early because of their service. I was tired of being treated in that unprofessional manner.

The room was very small and hard for two adults and two kids to move around in. It wasn’t very clean and the door wouldn’t close. The walls were thin because we could hear the people next door at all hours of the night. We only had two towels in the room so we had to ask for two more and the lady at the front desk was pretty rude about it. Overall, not a great experience and will never stay in a Motel 6 again.

Where do I start..... Beds are like rocks, very uncomfortable.... Shower was full of mold... Room smelled like an ashtray in my non smoking room. Discovered roaches upon waking up, which they got in my suitcase and I had to have my home sprayed for roaches since they hitched a ride. And when I mentioned everything to the front desk upon check out. I got additude from her. Definitely will not be staying here again

We had to get this room last minute due to some negative unforseen circumstances. The check-in person was good in comparison to a good number of motels/hotels in the area. It was late at night and she was able to get us in. The price was seemingly a bit much, but ok and she didn't have a bad attitude which I appreciate very much.
At first glance the room looked nice. It has a nice set up is a light grey neutral color in both the room and white and grey in the bathroom. It did wreak of cigarette smoke though very thick and heavy but not suffocating.
It was a smaller room with one double bed, a med size t.v, small fridge, and microwave. The fridge and microwave worked as well as the t.v. and had a remote which also worked. There was also an a/c that was easy the use and worked very well even with the high humidity at the time. They do have a smoke alarm that wasn't hooked up it was beside the microwave.
This room was quiet but pretty dirty, even the windows were grimey in comparison to various other places I've lodged at. The bed covers felt moist, clamy and wasn't comfortable to cover with. The bed itself and bottom sheets were alright. I checked for bed bugs with a flashlight on all sides, corners, underneath the covers between the mattress and the bed itself but it was clear of them from what I could see. There was crumbs and visible dirt on the bathroom floor as well and shower had soap scum and the sink didn't drain after washing my hands.
There was no shampoo or conditioner, just 2 small bars of soap individualIy wrapped. There was on trash can in main area not in bathroom. There wasn't an ice machine, so there no plastic bins for ice in the room. Also, no coffee maker or hair dryer. There is a place to hang clothing but no hangers or any other common accessories, just soap.
Our room price after tax was $87. and some change. We were able to check in around 3 am on Wednesday and check out at 11 am on Thursday.
