The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Chelsey. She went above and beyond to help me. The entire time I stayed there I felt safe. Very quiet environment. Would highly recommend especially to women who want a sense of security.

Excellent location near shopping and restaurants. I was originally placed in a unit upstairs but I didn’t know they didn’t have an elevator and I have a problem with one of my knees. I tried to take my stuff up but, I knew it was not going to work long term and I plan on staying awhile. (relocated for work)
Kynisha was quick to change my room. She took great care in finding me the perfect downstairs room for my needs; she even let me see the room before she switched them to make sure I would be happy with it, which was exceptional customer service. I will also note here that she was taking care of another gentlemen on oxygen before me using the same level of customer service. 👏

It looks like they have remodeled with new furniture, large 43 inch TVs 👀 (w HBO) and new sinks in the bathrooms. The walls in both units I looked at had new paint. Both units looked clean. Both had a refrigerator and microwave. I would have stayed in the first if I didn’t have the knee injury.
The room has great ac/heat. The shower is smaller in size, but the water pressure is perfect. The internet wifi is fast and no problems with it at all.
Overall, I would say this is a very good budget friendly hotel with an outstanding staff. Chelsea was also great when she checked me originally. I've been here 2 days and it’s very peaceful and quiet. I sleep great in their bed which is also new. I’m a solo traveler and I feel safe and happy here. Some people here have dogs because it’s pet friendly, but I have not heard any of them barking. They have rules here to keep everyone happy and safe. The price here is very affordable and a great place to stay for someone with pets and/or on a budget.

Very clean rooms and bathroom. Staff is very helpful. Update, I have been here over a month and the staff had been amazing! Cleanest place in town. This hotel has made the wait for our home quite enjoyable!

Absolutely terrible. There's cockroaches prices change every day and their sky high most of the rooms are broken. And there's no service. I would not recommend anybody to bring their family into these rooms. Make no mistake plus there's a lot of screaming late at night not a safe place
