Worst motel I’ve ever seen! The second I opened the door I was hit in the face with a very bad mold smell and everything was dirty, stained and covered in bugs. After less than 10 second I went back to talk to the owner, he insisted on coming to look at the room and I pointed out OVER 25 BUGS in the room in about 30 second and his solution was to offer me an air freshener…. I ended up leaving after about 15 minutes with no refund.

I've traveled the Entire country. This is the worst place I've ever stayed. The rooms are terrible a roach infested. You can't sleep because Crack heads run the parking lot at night. And the owners are rude as hell. After I waited an hour to get a room they were mad at me? Also I'm legally Def due to my service. I told them this. They got mad at me when I couldn't read their lips and told me i was a liar. But when I tried to sign to them they had no clue. I have a service dog also. told them this. They HATED that. Charged me extra for him which I think is illegal. I can't state how horrible this place is.

Never again..the worst place I've ever stayed. It looks decent from the outside,the inside another story. They charge an extra $3 for a key. How are you supposed to get in the room without the key. They really need to close this place down.

If your short on money and don't mind a few roaches it's not the worst that I've seen, I'll give it two stares just because there was no bed bugs. Don't know why the people are so rude, I get the language barrier but not everybody is out to take advantage of people from other county's.

Never seen one roach. Lowest price in town. If you're not picky this is the place to go. My experience here is worthy of a 5 star rating.

I was not particularly pleased with the motel in any way, shape, form or fashion. I thought that it was a little too much money for the room and the service entirely. I stayed a total of 3 days and not once did housekeeping ask me if I needed anything such as towels, clean sheets, they didn't offer to come in and clean up the room and the bathroom stayed backed up and overflowing the entire time. And even though I reported it to management they ignored the complaint. I don't care if I have to sleep under a bridge first I won't ever do business with Motel 231

This place was completely INFESTED with bed bugs and roaches!!! My son woke up covered in bites and they couldn’t even speak English well enough to even help us get our rooms switched. The room smelled of mold due to the open pipes in the bathroom. And THEY DONT CLEAN ANYTHING!! Will NEVER stay here again!

This place is so run down it's holy. Wires outside the wall, old tube TV. The cigarette burns in the bedding and stained sheets and pillow cover complement the somber paneling placed over cinder block. It's the basics worn to an absolute frazzle. I slept there behind a poorly repaired door and on a not too lumpy mattress.

The joint is a tribute to sloth and deferred maintenance non plus but it works as a beat place to flop sleep and go.
