El servicio de la señora creo que es la propietaria es muy bueno nada que decir la atención todo muy amable, pero las otras muchachas que atienden tienen mucha actitud para hacerlo y por una fotocopia me cobraron 2.00 dólares lo que pienso yo es una exageración!! #TUVE UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA!
Siempre han sido muy amables, excepto una chica de pelo rosa que me atendió abusiva mente y hasta me grito cuando le hice una pregunta. Días después me llaman que no había cobrado correctamenta mi envío. Tuve que regresar a pagar lo que faltaba porque a la señora por andar de abusiva deplano se le fue cobrar como era.

Muy malo el servicio de las empleadas saqué unas copias y no cheque la hoja pensando que estaba bien y cuando llegó a casa veo que faltaron letras de las copias y vuelvo al instante a reclamarle a la persona y me dice que tengo que pagar nuevamente porque no es su culpa y le dije tampoco es mía y me dijo que la dueña dice que no pueden desperdiciar tinta y le pregunte que si me hubiera dado cuenta en el momento ella me uniera cobrado y me dijo que NO pero como volví si tiene que cobrarme, eso es ABUSO

La amabilidad es muy buena ,? pero lamentablemente hoy no pudieron ayudarme.
Pedi una cita hace 4 mese aproximadamente para el pasaporte y luego fui de nuevo hace 1 mes, hoy me dicen que perdí mi cita..!

Cómo es posible si nunca llamaron, lo único que quería era mi reembolso y esa fue la escusa que me dieron.

Si pudiera Darle cero estrellas lo haría servicio más pésimo que ese no hay otro la señora gorda de pelo rizado parece que no le gusta trabajar ni atender bien a los clientes y hace tres semanas compré queso seco compré tres libras y a las dos semanas se echó a perder ellas me dijeron que podía mandar fotos y que ellos devolvían el dinero pero no es así para agarrar clientela dicen cualquier cosa y ya después cuando hay un problema no quieren arreglarlo estaré contactando al Better Business bureau para que arregle este problema ya que ellos no quisieron hacer nada deberían tomar clases de atención al cliente
