Monarch Events and Design did the florals for my wedding. From my initial consultation, I knew right away I had to have Jean do my flowers. Jean is so sweet, knowledgeable, and just wonderful to work with. I shared some inspiration pictures with Jean and felt like she really understood what I wanted all of my flowers to look like. She provided me a super detailed proposal that broke down every floral item with a description of what it would look like, the types of flowers that would be used, and the cost. On my wedding day, I was blown away with how beautiful all of my flowers looked. Jean turned my floral vision into a reality and everything looked exactly as I hoped it would. My wedding ceremony was indoors and one of the moments I will remember for the rest of my life was when the doors opened for me to walk down the aisle, the smell of the fresh flowers and greenery from my arch and aisle flowers was INCREDIBLE. I can’t thank Jean enough for making my wedding so beautiful. My wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her.

Where do I even begin?!

Doing my due diligence- I shopped around with various florists. I was on the hunt for not only someone who had experience and a vision to share with me but someone with personality! I wanted each of my vendors to feel like friends.

After feeling like “just another Bride” to another florist I was feeling defeated and asked my wedding coordinator for a recommendation. From the very first conversation with Jean I immediately wished she was family. She felt like an instant best friend, truly listened to me on what my vision was, what I liked and didn’t like. She was asking very detailed questions that other florists weren’t. She wasn’t trying to rush me off the phone and it made it feel like I was important to her.

I am still in AWE at our ceremony florals. With little direction and a link to my Pinterest board, she went above and beyond! She had the expertise where I did not ever feel the need to question her, respected her advice and let her have creative liberty with literally everything lol I simply provided the table layout and inspiration.

A few weeks from the wedding I decided I wanted rose petals lining each side of the isle, she didn’t even bat an eye or make a stink, she simply made the adjustment happily. I never felt like a burden with all my questions and requests.

Jean and her team took care of EVERYTHING the day of the wedding. I never had to check in or worry where they were. They were so timely and brought my vision to life better than I could have dreamed.
