Folks at Momentum Marine are awesome to work with!!! Austin and Collin were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and went above & beyond in their service to me. I highly recommend Monentum Marine for all boating needs. Austin Evers is excellent in sales and Collin is fantastic in service! Fantastic! When we began shopping for a boat we had a lot of questions and were looking at a number of different brands and models. From the moment we went to Momentum Marine we were treated like family. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. We eventually purchased a new boat through Austin and could not be happier with our decision. Our experience before, during and now after the purchase has not changed. We are treated like family. From boat handling advice, to follow on toys and accessories, there is always someone there who knows the answer, provides patient advice, and ensures we leave knowing that someone cares about our boating experience. I was extremely pleased with the service from Momentum! Colin in service especially went above and beyond to assist me. So often, I find the service is slow and over promised/ under delivered at the lake. But my experience with Momentum so far is the opposite. If you are looking for a new partner to help you with your boats maintenance and repairs I highly recommend the service team here!

BUYER BEWARE! Bought a $65,000 used boat from these guys and was told a very small tube weld was needed to fix a minor leak before I could take delivery. They said it was handled, but after one day on the water the entire left tube was full and the boat was tilted sideways. $1,000 later, their botched job has been properly repaired. I'm sure they can't screw up on a new boat, but I wouldn't trust them on anything used!!!

Been waiting for parts to complete some warranty work for some time, the dealership changed hands during the wait. I can definitely see the difference! The facility has been cleaned up and the staff is actually pleasant and attentive! I about fell off my chair when the service manager called to give me an update on my boat!

Horrible customer service!!!!!! The lady that answered the phone (under option 3 for RENTALS) cut me off and told me the only way to rent a boat was their website. Not a problem, because of her kind of “customer service” I prefer to book online. However I had a more complicated booking as we previously rented a boat from them and my husband went ahead and made a deposit for this booking. This was all too much for her to help me with. After I felt like I had to beg her to stay on the phone to help me with this, she pulled up another customers info and spoke to me like I was confused! Maybe they should consider not having someone answer the phone when people call and select option 3 for rentals of no one is willing to assist with a rental. They may even consider having their phone message direct you to online booking only. My situation would have unfortunately I still needed a little customer service having already paid them a deposit but lakeside marina has NONE at least as far as with this young lady. To be fair she is the only person we have dealt with that was ugly. There are some friendly and helpful people working there that we have dealt with previously. However, after the interaction with her today, we will not be back and do not recommend this marina. There are far too many other marinas on lake Martin that do provide great customer service and don’t mind speaking with you on the phone.
