What a fantastic company to do business with. I was a little worried when the company shifted ownership right after I had booked, but Laura and her husband, Karl, were fantastic to work with! They were extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything came is wonderful condition, and our backyard wedding reception turned out beautifully!

Moab Event Services were incredible!! We used them for our wedding dinner in Moab and everything was perfect. Communication was great leading up to our event! They delivered and picked up the rentals which made our day so easy and they went out of their way so we could pick up an item early, truly so thankful for these people!

Lauren did an absolutely great job as our wedding planner. She made sure that everything was taken care of and had great suggestions and options to offer. We needed a few things and Moab Event Services had them, delivered them and cleaned it all up adding to a stress free experience on our wedding night. Totally recommend their services.

Working with Moab Event Services was a great experience. They were always responsive, helpful, and made the rental process easy! I also rented Sparkles, the bar trailer, from them. This was such a fun and unique way to have a bar!! The bartender was AWESOME and the drinks she made were a hit! I definitely recommend using this company for all your wedding needs! 🙂

Lauren was there for us when we needed it the most!

About a month out from our wedding, we had a terrible family emergency where my dad was hospitalized from a traumatic vehicle accident. I can't explain how overwhelming it was to try and juggle all of the emotional difficulties around an event like that, as well as thinking about money issues. But to have wedding planning on top of it was really just too much.

Lauren was there for us, she was communicating to our vendors and helping us to work with them to reschedule so that we could focus on my dad as much as possible. In the end we got everything worked out to move the wedding to a new date.

Unfortunately Lauren had already been booked for our that day. Even so she made sure to pass us along all the planning information she had done so far so we would be able to get off on the right foot with whoever our new coordinator ends up being. She didn't charge us the full amount for services. And she was just so kind and empathetic through the process.

Through all this, we felt so tired and sapped of energy, and the stuff she did to take some of the load off was just so appreciated. We'll never forget her kindness!

We love Moab Event Services! Chris and Ulla were so great to work with. This was our first time planning a wedding and they answered all of our questions and then some. They have everything that you need. We were very happy with their beautiful chairs, high quality wood tables and benches, and the lights and dance floor, which were a huge hit! Their knowledge and expertise helped make our special day perfect!
