I love the products but they are very disaptive regarding sales. There were three products that I thought were 50% off, but after purchasing, I saw that charged me the sticker price. When I checked my receipt same thing. On the 50% post, it did not state that the sticker price is after 50% off. Just be careful when u r checking your items, very disappointed 😞

The customer service in this place is wonderful. Good finds. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s always hot in the store. Poor employees on these hot days. Fix the AC!!!

Back at this store on 9/11/23
Still no AC! Poor ownership who does not care about their employees or customers. Won’t be happy until someone has a heat stroke in this place. Will not be shopping here and sharing with everyone I know.

Huge shoutout to Joy for the customer service and her kindness! She also offered me a free shampoo when I brought iPhone accessories one day.

UPDATE: location has closed temporarily due to COVID but reopened in late 2022. They are operated by a new owner, but service is still top-notch, affordable prices on goods.

This store is great for gifts that have great quality and aren't very expensive. They have a great selection of random trinkets and tools that anyone would find useful. It's a great Japanese store and I recommend for anyone that likes Japanese culture and is looking to pick up some items from such stores.

I purchased some items on another location and since I live in Chino Hills, i went to this location to return some items..However, their system had been down for a couple of days now.. one of the agents in the store contacted the store manager named Joy... boy! You will not be able to find another customer service as great as her. She is an excellent store manager and a wonderful pleasant person.. She had called me everyday to update me what was going on and lo and behold , Joy asked me just to come to the store to return the items.. mind you, the system was still down but she had managed to return my items in the system. She had jumped through hoops to give me an excellent brilliant customer service...

Miniso, you ned more Joy... she is an asset ro your company.. with this experience, i would highly recommend her and had her manage all your stores..

Japanese version of low cost ”Everything $10 or Less” stores, offering make-ups, Cologne /Perfume, kitchen/Household goods, personal care items, plush stuffed toys. The overall quality is very good.

There were a lot of Marvel products, like cups, bags and figures I hadn't seen anywhere else. Other assorted items some at great prices, most prices were OK. I got an Adventure time mouse pad.
