We rented tables and chairs from Miller's Grand Events for our daughters wedding rehearsal that we hosted at our house. The day before the rehearsal, we realized the wedding venue did not come with linens and a dance floor. Miller's came to the rescue and were also able to provide those last minute. They were incredibly accommodating with all of our last minute rentals, drop off times, and at 2 different locations. What could have been stressful they made easy. The dance floor centered the reception and was well used by all the guests, and made for great pics for the private last dance. We can not say enough great things, highly recommend for your party and wedding rentals!!

After living in the area for over 20 years, Miller's is a name we hear regularly and came highly recommended. However, after my recent experience with them (my daughters wedding) I would not recommend them to anyone! We ordered tables, chairs, a large tent, dance floor, etc from them. The tables arrived in terrible shape and were falling apart. The sides and corners were all duct taped and the table tops themselves were falling apart and splintered. When I addressed this issue with them I was greeted with a very rude response stating they are rental tables.. what did I expect?..!!! They did come back and bring plastic table covers, with elastic corners that ripped and tore due to the tables being in such terrible and rough shape. Not to mention they did not even provide enough plastic (resembled waterproof mattress covers) to cover all of the tables. They also installed a dance floor that was coming apart, uneven and very poorly put together (in the wrong place) from the initial set up. When they sent a representative back to look at the floor and see what could be done, she showed up intoxicated and basically stated she was by herself and there was nothing she could do. If you stepped on one side of the "dance" floor - the other side came up and the whole thing came apart at the seams of the 2' squares. You can see it coming apart in attached photos. The white you see on outer edge in photos is the "mat" they rolled out under the teak squares to prevent movement and sinking, instead of using plywood under, which would have been the correct way to install. This became a safety issue, as we mentioned to them earlier in the day. However, their lack of concern was evident! Why ask what substrate the dance floor will be placed on (grass) if you are doing nothing to ensure it is set up and preforms correctly? We also purchased the lighting package to be set up with the tent. The lights were put up so poorly that when the wind blew they came flying down hitting my mother in the face, busting open her eyebrow- at the reception!
We paid ALOT of money for this special day and we were very disappointed in this companies quality of product and their lack of response, concern and safety of the guests that would be using their products. Very unprofessional and I would recommend you look elsewhere before considering renting from them, as customer satisfaction is NOT their top priority!

Miller’s Events was a life saver for our wedding! We just got married this past Saturday at the Bragg Mitchell Mansion and the weather was all over the place all week and we needed to solidify a rain plan but had the hardest time finding a tent. My mother reached out to Miller’s and worked with Carrie and she said Carrie made everything happen! And went completely above and beyond. Thank you all so much! We highly recommend you all!

I heard bad things about them being rude but I decided to try them anyways. When we were in the store the girl was helpful and reserved some rentals for our wedding. When I asked her what I needed to do about the things I wasnt sure if I needed she said to go ahead and reserve them but that we could always cancel because nothing was written in stone. So I paid a $100 deposit and two weeks later I spoke with the same person and told her we would not be needing the items and asked her to refund my $100. She asked for my card info and said it would be refunded. Then after it did not show up in my account I called back and she said that it would not be refunded. After I reminded her of our conversation that day all she could tell me was "Sorry I was wrong." That is horrible service and certainly not a good way to get repeat customers.

Just spent 2 hours patching their dirty tent for my friends wedding. They argued that none of the holes were bigger than pin holes, but my ruler clearly says its a 3 inch tear in the roof so idk who to believe. They also managed to hit a water line and blamed us. Then they took the heaters. It was a fun time.

Edit is a response to reply from Miller:
The argument being referred to was not on the phone, but rather the set up crew. The tent was purposely set up incorrectly to cover a foot long slash in the door. This created another problem in the form of a funnel of water in the corner that soaked some decorations. The heaters were brought BACK on site after one got in their car and chased the crew down to correct their mistake. As to them fixing these mistakes we will see and i will edit again when i am no longer waiting for them. I hope i can add more stars, but from the response to my review Im not sure that will be happening Or that they care if i do.

3rd Edition: They did not show up. 10/10 would not recommended.
