We had the most amazing stay at one of Mike Z Rentals rental properties. Our family immediately felt at home in their beautiful, welcoming home. The house came equipped with all we could need and more to enjoy our Florida vacation. The beds were so comfortable, the backyard was celebrity status and the house was clean and decorated so nice. We don’t want to leave, so the next best thing is to just come back again. Thank you Mike Z and crew. This is a beautiful and impeccably clean home! Has plenty of living space and bedding for a large family. The pool was salt water, which we loved, and it was the perfect temperature to jump right into. The location was more than perfect! It’s only a 5 min bike ride to Barefoot Beach or just a minute drive. There are restaurants you can walk to close by and grocery store within minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

A very cozy house, as well as many details for the enjoyment of unforgettable days. Everything was very clean, except the linens in the main room and the bathroom rugs, we had to wash them. Otherwise everything was impeccable. The kitchen very well equipped. and the pool and hot tub spectacular to relax and enjoy. A quiet neighborhood and 12 minutes from the beach.

We just had the best week at Mikes! The house was set up perfectly and had everything you could need! We loved having chairs and an umbrella for the beach! The pool was clean and the back patio was lovely! We will def be staying here again!

We recently rented a house with a heated pool in Naples from Mike Z Properties, and our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The property was falsely advertised, and it became apparent that the positive VRBO reviews from the last few weeks were nothing but a sham.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a broken, green pool infested with significant algae. One of the bathrooms had mold on the shower curtain, and the entire property was riddled with stains and broken curtains. It was evident that the property had not been properly maintained.

Getting in touch with Mike Z Properties proved to be a Herculean task. It took numerous attempts before we could even reach them, and when we finally did, their lackluster customer service was utterly disappointing. Only after involving VRBO did they send a cleaning company for the pool, but the issue persisted.

Despite our persistent complaints and providing photographic evidence, they initially refused to believe us. It took a whopping 10 hours on the phone with VRBO to force them to send the pool company back. We were subjected to immense stress and frustration, all while our vacation plans were falling apart.

To add insult to injury, the mold and dirt issues in the property were never addressed, and we were left to endure the subpar conditions until the third day of our stay when the pool was finally fixed.

After checking out, Mike Z offered us a measly $500 refund, which is less than the cost of a single night's stay. This paltry reimbursement does not even come close to compensating for the false advertising, the hours of inconvenience, and the overall deplorable condition of the property.

In conclusion, our experience with Mike Z Properties was marked by fake postings and reviews, terrible customer service, and a complete failure to honor the promises made in their advertisement. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this dishonest and irresponsible property management.

The best realtor in SWFL and it isn’t close. I gave Mike my list of properties I wanted to see and he did his own research. He found a place that was still under construction, severely under priced, had an extra room and had poor marketing. I bought that place and couldn't be happier. His work with seasonal and annual rentals is also amazing. He truly loves what he does.

I really wanted to give a better review. I originally gave a 5 star for the booking process. It was awesome. We rented a home in Bonita Springs off Los Amigos Road. And at first the home was beautiful. And we loved the backyard pool. But then it got dark and we experienced the cockroach problem. And then the next evening we got back and there were HUGE almost 2 inch roaches on the kitchen counter. We killed 2 of the three that were on the counter when we walked in the kitchen. And then I text the management company. They said how sorry and they’d get someone ASAP. But then the next morning radio silence. And never addressed it. And the roaches kept coming. I think in total we killed like 8. So gross. We slept with all the lights on for 6 more days bc even during the day if the lights were off the roaches were roaming. This house needs fumigated and then I’d totally recommend it.
