Sketchy area. Horrible parking/parking lot. Front staff was nice. Room less than desirable. Same weird Wyndham mirror on bed wall. Toiletries and water pressure poor. Bed clean and comfortable. Rest of the room very “motel”. Shower rod barely hanging on. Very dim, poor room lighting. Good rate $$.

Positive: Nothing! Negative: Do not stay at this hotel! No locks on windows, can be opened from the outside. No heat in the entire building. Dirty and worn furnishings. Holes in shower walls. Low quality breakfast food.

This place is awful. I had a leak in my shower head that dripped all night the first night I stayed. I reported it to the desk clerk in the morning and nothing was done about it so I’ll get to listen to it again tonight. There are no amenities in the rooms. No coffee, no microwave, no small fridge, no hair dryer. I could hear the TV playing in the adjacent room and noise in the hall so it isn’t even that quiet. The rooms are hot and there’s no thermostat. I was told there is a fan in the closet. Breakfast is a bunch of bread varieties to heat up. I chose to stay here because it was close to my family but I’m not sure it was worth it. If you choose to stay here and come with low expectations you may not be disappointed. I expected more of a Wyndom property

I would not recommend and wish we had just payed a little more to stay elsewhere. The room we stayed in needed a major deep clean. Staining and old drips/smears on on walls by the bed and in the bathroom and significant stains on the window cushion. Sheets seemed clean, but have clearly lived a long life had ink stains and we were only given two pillows. The ceiling fan was caked with dust. The curtains had quite a few holes in them, the bathroom door wouldn’t latch shut. And what a large disturbing dark tinted mirror behind the bed, if my husband wasn’t staying with and I had been alone I would have left immediately as it looks like it could be a two way mirror and is incredibly off putting/disturbing/concerning. We were not at all pleased with the state of the room and for the price I would have expected it to at least be clean and feel like a safe place to crash for the night.

My wife, baby and myself stayed 10/9/2024. In the morning I put some bags in the car. Apparently I was followed into the hotel and had people forcefully try to enter my room with my family. I physically stopped them from entering and was able to lock the door. I called the front desk, but no one answered my call. I was able to get my wife and baby in the elevator. We reached the front desk and explained what happened. The attendant would not even look at me, only said you are checked out and can leave now.

The carpet in the hotel room was badly stained and filthy. The room had an odor. The blackout curtains where losing their backing and therefore ineffective at keeping light out. One of the curtains was broken off rod. Breakfast was frozen food set out for guest to microwave, no eggs but sausage, I didn't see syrup for pancakes and french toast, and the first day there was no milk for coffee, tea, or most importantly the cereal. There was no designated area for the dogs to do their business and not poop bags. The wooden porches are rotting, and the supervisor was interviewing a potential employee in the hotel lobby. Not to mention that this dame supervisor addressed a situation with my dogs with me yelling it across the lobby from the front desk and in front of the interviewee. Very unprofessional.

Outdated,dirty,phone was stickey and covered in hair and dirt. Shower dripped and we told them and still got ignored. Room smells musty. Holes in carpet,burn marks in bathroom. They called me while I was out and told me they were moving my items as I was supposed to have checked out. Yet I had verified when I checked in that we had the same room both nights, I had to make them look again and they realized I had booked 2 nights. The breakfast is frozen link sausage you heat in the microwave, bagels,frozen pancakes and frozen French toast. Some cereal and oatmeal, and juice.

Pros: pet friendly, got food per diem from military because not a full kitchen, nice staff.

Cons: freezer had so much ice build up I could hardly fit anything. Room was outdated, the paint was chipping off in big chunks, dog hair lined all the baseboards (especially under the desk). The breakfast is just a variety of toast options, cereal, and coffee. Was disappointed there was no yogurt or fruit offered.

Overall would say if you don’t need pet friendly then consider somewhere else.
