Don't buy in to all the additional things they sell you with a 'cash' discounted rate. Took this trip for my birthday and really wish I would have just rented a car as you only get to spend about 5.5 hours in Key West before you are headed back to Miami. Far from enough time to enjoy the major places to visit without rushing to the next. Oh... the front row on the bus, $20... second row, $10. Of course they well remind you 'don't forget to tip' even though they left 10 minutes prior to departure.

First off, I love that I can call a telephone number and within minutes, a real live person is answering all my questions. Next off, when I discovered days before my trip, I'd booked the wrong departure date, they kindly fixed the problem and called me back within the hour to let me know they had re-booked me - without even charging me extra. So far, I''m a real fan!

Best everglades tour.
I was unsure since not a lot of reviews and seemed cheap for both everglades and keywest. We did miami to everglades half a day trip with boat ride and aligator show. It was truly great and worth the price. Bus was very punctual. I'm interested in trying more tours by this company

I'm so disappointed with this company so bad I'm booked their bus from Miami to keywest and yesterday I'm feel like I'll sick then I go get medicine early morning I'm schedule them to pick up at 7:00.try to make before 7:00 and I make it before the time to pick me up and I meet with two guy the driver and staff act to me like angry and doesn't have mind service, after I check my name with them I tell them I will go get my bag in lobby off hotel, and then the Guy who check my name said " you can't we will late, then I said
Just my bag at lobby , but he still yell to stop me " time to go we don't have time" he said
Then I said if you don't let's me get my bag and I'm not gonna go with you I'm cancel my trip I don't wanna deal with him all of my trip if he make me not impress since we meet
He standing infront of hotel how come it gonna be hard to let me get my bag in lobby and on that time it not 7:00 yet, I now I should be ready be fire 10 mins but you guy don't thing about emergency case ? When their bus leaving is 7:04 and I be there before 7:00 and we talk about 5 mins, and if he doesn't yell to me like that I will go meet them at main meeting place and why I need to deal with them when you pay money to buy their services but they act like they give it free for you, when I go to lobby receptionist told me their staff come to nock hotel door so hard like educated people do, unfrocessor and less mindservice so I just wanna let's you guy know about your service, and never go back to this company again
