Absolutely appalled at a recent attempt to ride a bus from Orlando to Miami through Megabus, which contracted Miami Coach & Tours for a trip from Orlando to Miami. When the bus drove PAST our stop without stopping, where 30+ people were waiting to board, I waited for over an hour before contacting the company itself (as Megabus instructed me not to do so, but that led to a different problem entirely with Megabus as a company). After contacting the supervisor, he informed me that the bus was already long gone and there was no way to have it turned around, stating we were "out of luck" and to try to call to acquire another bus. He then proceeded to blame passengers for not having called earlier, as though they were to blame for the situation. Additionally, the supervisor stated there were only TWO people on the entire bus bound for Miami despite numerous ticketholders not having boarded. When I pressed about this, he admitted this particular bus driver who was scheduled for our trip had a history of LEAVING WITHOUT STOPPING FOR PASSENGERS, driving near the area to trigger the GPS marker before departing. He stated he would have a "talk" with the bus driver about this behavior AGAIN, as though a bus driver who doesn't actually pick up passengers should still be working at the agency. Will never trust this company or Megabus again and am looking into consultation with the Better Business Bureau as we speak.

I hired Miami Coach for two different events, the first for 250 people and the second for 40 people, and had exceptional service. The buses were clean, the drivers were professional and on time, and the booking team was extremely easy to work with. I would absolutely use this company again!

We stopped at a pedestrian stop sign off 23rd street between Collins Ave. and Dade Blvd. because it looked like some pedestrians were about to cross. One of these tour buses was behind us and was going too fast and had to swerve into the other lane to avoid hitting us. The driver blew the horn at us and then pulled up next to us at Dade Blvd. where he proceeds to get out of the bus, and starts SCREAMING at my boyfriend who was driving. We tried to tell him we stopped at a stop sign for pedestrians and he THREATENED to “beat that ass” and then got back in his bus. What an unstable driver and I feel bad for his bus of people who may have witnessed this.

Crazy and dangerous drivers. Nearly cause a masivr accident shoving the bus into traffic at the last second of a merge lane just because the driver had no patience.

Si quieres vivir una experiencia desagradable, llena de mentiras contrata esta compañía. Los autobuses les falta mantenimiento se quedan accidentado. Y lo peor del caso es que el dueño de la compañía te hace creer que el mismo va en camino con otra unidad y pasan más de 12 horas y nunca llega. Sin importar que tiene a sus clientes a la intemperie. Y cuando negocian con ellos existe una capsula que dice no se hacen responsables de daños mecánicos. Es decir que clase de compañía es esta? Señores hay dos formas de aprender con las experiencias de los demás y por uno mismo. Les dejo este mensaje para evitar que estas personas sigan engañando a la gente.
