Our guide on the bus, Dominique, was great. She gave clear directions, informative history of the area, and was friendly. The tour in the airboat at Everglades Holiday Park was just okay. The people in our boat couldn’t hear the young lady guide and we never stopped to take some pictures. The gator show was fun and educational.

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Prompt, helpful and took great care of our luggage. The boat ride was fun, lots of history about the wildlife. Hands on time with young alligators. Staff cares deeply for the wildlife sanctuary! Recommend you visit!

Ricky (driver) 5 stars. Ernesto (tour guide) 1 star. We were told to be on the bus at 11:20 AM to leave at 11:30. I went on the bus. Ernesto told other people LATER they didn't have to be at the bus until 1145. We didn't even leave the Everglades park until after NOON. He never bothered to come tell us, the people waiting on the bus on time. Instead he just stood outside of the bus or on the phone the whole time. Driver said he suggested 11:15 but Ernesto get to decide 👎🏻👎🏻
