We thoroughly enjoyed our half day out with Captain John. Our group included both novice and experienced anglers and we all had a great time. John is patient, knowledgeable, and explains what he’s doing as we go along and we all feel smarter as a result. Awesome times!

Capt’n was sharp and on time (we were late) great attitude and put us on Fish!!! We caught big ones!! Some too big, had to let em go, others too small to keep. The rest got filleted and we are about to have delicious Blue Fish with a marinade suggested by Captn that worked out perfect.

We had a fantastic trip aboard the Mary Sea with Captain Jonathan. Our family of 4 has very little fishing experience, but with Capt. Jonathan’s knowledge and experience, we were able to catch plenty of fish and have lots of fun.

Captain Boyd is a wonderful captain! My cousins and I fished with Jonathan earlier this week and he put us right on the fish on an afternoon charter. Once we had enough bluefish, we moved to another spot and starting pulling in stripers. Overall we caught four blues, returned one to the ocean and caught three stripers with one returned to the ocean because it was too small. The fish put up a good fight and were delicious! Captain Boyd is a very skilled captain and can find the fish! I would definitely fish with him again and encourage others to fish with him as well!!!

We also had a great experience. We ended our day with way more fish than we should have kept even though we threw some back.we gave some to our guide, some to friends and ate SO much. great day on the water!

Captain Boyd was great!! We had a group of 6, all novice fisherman and it was a very enjoyable experience. He was such a great teacher we were able to accomplish our mission of catching dinner! Couldn’t recommend it more and we’ll look to do it again soon!

My nephew and I went out on a 1/2 day charter with Captain Boyd on Aug 4. It was an incredible experience and will be a wonderful memory. We caught 20 blues and stripers. The entire trip was seamless from beginning to end. I just wished the time didn’t go by so fast! If you are interested in an amazing and relaxing fishing experience I highly recommend Captain Boyd and Menemsha Blues Charters.

We have been out with Captain Jonathan a number of years and have not been let down. Every trip... lots of fish. Great experience and lots of fun. Can't wait for next trip!
